Brad Beaver was very helpful and professional.  Thankfully, it was a quick fix.  He answered questions and was very informative.  He even did a quick check on my A/C unit before he left.  He was recommended by my neighbors and I'm glad I listened!

They do things for me and they are just the nicest people. The guy who came out last month did not charge me for the service. They have a better service contract price wise than the company that we were with in the past and I have changed over to them from that company because I have not been pretty satisfied with them. I like Beaver Air Inc. because I do not ever have a problem with them as far as their coming out. They come out when they say that they are going to do it. The other company that I was dealing with before, their call center was very condescending and very curt and they say that they would do things like cancel my appointment when I did not want to cancel. It was just a mess but I never had that with Beaver Air Inc. before I switched over. It was foolish that I switched and then I went back to them. I had them originally when I moved and I switched over when I bought a new system and now I am back with them. The guy was out here immediately and he told me exactly what needed to be done. I would definitely continue to use them in the future.

I came home from work to find that there was no heat in the house.  We had them out about 3 or 4 days earlier to do annual maintenance.   Bob came out and checked the furnace and there may have been dirt or something and got it back on.  They made it effortless and I appreciate that and that there was no additional charge, it was part of my contract.

If you're buying a heat pump or furnace and/or need new duct work, definitely consider using Beaver Air, located in Noblesville. 

We are currently undergoing construction of a room addition for our home.  We obtained 5 different quotes for a new heat pump/air conditioner  from other well-known area companies.  Brad's bid (Beaver Air) was MUCH, MUCH lower in price for the quality Carrier equipment.  Thousands of dollars less, actually.

From the beginning, Brad was pleasant and easy to deal with.  He has many years of experience in the heating/cooling business, and my husband and I learned to trust his knowledge and experience.

Our project was not just a simple furnace replacement; new duct work was necessary.  Working with our contractor was critical, but together they developed practical solutions to fit our needs.  Brad was timely and adjusted his labor around other sub-contractors.  The finished product is exactly what we needed and wanted.

We would absolutely select Beaver Aair again when buying a heat pump or getting new duct work.  The company was reliable, very reasonable in price, cooperative, honest, trustworthy, pleasant to work with, and very good at their jobs.

They were prompt with their scheduled appointment time. My equipment continues to run well so I am very pleased with their professional behavior. I can always depend on them.

Fine. Mr B***** assured us if any part broke on the furnace to call him at any time, and he would repair it.

I use them because they put my furnace in and they know what they are doing.

They were prompt and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Uneventful. Arrived punctually for estimate. Showed up as promised and completed the job as promised. Cleaned up after themselves - left no mess. GREAT experience.

It is excellent. About twenty years ago we had a company come out and install the water furnace. We were having a lot of vibration so we called them and they came out but never really got the problem fixed and the vibration ended up causing a pipe to brake and that flooded the basement. I had Beaver Air come out and they took care of the problem. I have been using them ever since and I have a lot of faith in them.

BEAVER AIR DID A GREAT JOB ON THE ORIGINAL INSTALL FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. FOLLOW-UP SERVICE HAS BEEN DIFFICULT TO GET. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WELL AND ARE UNRESPONSIVE. I CALLED THE SECOND COMPANY BECAUSE BRAD COULD NOT LOOK ME IN THE EYE WHILE HE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND RECOMMENDED THAT I CONSIDER REPLACING MY WATER FURNACE UNIT. I BELIEVE BRAD DID NOT PASS ON THE REPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR WARRANTY WHEN HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR THAT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. HE ALSO WAS PLANNING TO OVER CHARGE ME FOR A NEW UNIT THAT WAS NOT NEEDED. NOW THAT THE UNIT IS OUT OF WARRANTY THROUGH BEAVER AIR, I PLAN ON HAVING NOTHING FURTHER TO DO WITH THEM. EXPLANATION: ABOVE COST IS AN ESTIMATE BASED ON A SERVICE CALL CHARGE. I WAS NOT TOLD WHAT THE ACTUAL COST WOULD BE.

MEMBER WAS QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE SPEED WITH WHICH THE COMPANY ACCOMODATED HIM. THEY IMPRESSED MEMBER WHO WAS WITH OUT HEAT AND ONLY HAD TO WAIT 30MINS FROM THE TIME HE CALLED TO THE TIME WORKER GOT THERE TO PREFORM WORK.
