The initial install was fine, though it was REALLY difficult getting a firm price once Tim was on site. I still do not have information on what brand/type of whole house charcoal filter system was installed, and Maintenance Express is insisting that I buy filters through them. When Tim came out to do a checkup on the water softener system, he tried to charge me $150 to also deliver $100 worth of salt ($20 per bag for Morton salt which is $7/bag at the grocery store, so that is a ridiculous markup). Will be finding someone else for the maintenance of our system.

It took him a little longer than he expected to finish the installation, but it seems to be running well. The water is definately soft and I love it.

Tim figured on 3hrs for the job to install Water softener and frost free spigot. 2hrs 45min. Done!

Tim called immediately when I made request and arranged service several days later. Work was completed quickly. Two wooden fence rails were installed and seem to be very durable.

Very friendly and a quick response time. Using this company is great because you can get several items done by one person, one time.

He used two men to install a ceiling fan. A bit of overkill. Then when he went to show me the fans worked, they didb't. They had to redo. Price was much higher than I thought it should be for one hour of work.

We have a problem in our living room with the lights and outlets not working. I explained to him what was wrong and what I did. He stated he could track things down and fix the problem. We hired him and he came out and basically did everything I did. He thought our dimmer switch for the lighting was the issue. He went to buy a new switch and installed it. This was not the problem. He then asked for our wiring schematics which we do not have. He said the issue is possibly in the attic at a junction area. I said OK can you fix it; he stated that he did not do that type of electrical work. I asked then why come out to the house for nothing? He charges $75.00 plus parts. $85.00 and nothing is resolved. Aggravating. If you have limitations to what you can do you should not taken the job or at the least have someone to recommend further to get the work complete.

Though they installed my door and fixed the lack of water coming from my kitchen faucet (I forgot to turn the water pressure back on), they OVERCHARGED.
