He's very attentive to detail. He walks on water. He's very comfortable and knowledgeable working on the roof and gutters. He has carpentry skills. He makes great suggestions to save money on repairs. My house looked like new, after he power washed it! He charges $40 an hour, and he's worth every penny, because of his knowledge and versatility. This is coming from a total perfectionist!
Description of Work: He replaced some ceiling tiles in the basement. He took down a ceiling fan, cleaned it, and re-installed it. He did some repair work on the piping, around my screen. He repaired a leak in my roof. He bracketed a chimney guard. He cleaned my gutter. He power washed my house, and reinforced my kitchen table. He even trimmed my crab apple tree!
