Wall And Associates

I used Kyle Fahrner at Wall and Associates for the sale of my previous home and purchase of my new home. Kyle sold my house in an area of Decatur Township not known for winter sales in a matter of 6 weeks, for only 1 thousand less than my asking price. He then turned around and negotiated a tough deal with some hostile sellers for my new house in a hot Franklin Township market for a lot lower (19 thousand dollars) than the original listing price. The sellers were hostile as they received 2 better offers after coming under contract with me. While the buying transaction was rough, Kyle was a rock.. Made sure we knew what our options were, and he advised us well as to what we should do. Thankfully, nothing major was wrong with the house, and the little issues our inspection found were fixed for a few hundred dollars by a handyman. Can't say enough good things about this guy! If you're in the market, give him a shout, this brokerage WILL take care of you!
