Turk was wonderful to work with. They kept me in the loop while designing the duct work asking questions along the way to ensure the work they did was what I wanted. They were punctual, gave us a quote for work to be done, scheduled the work and completed the work professionally and satisfactorily. They are honest and true. Would highly recommend their services.

I came home and found the temperature had dropped to 60 degrees and then found that my furnace was not running. I called them to come check it out. They arrived within an hour and quickly checked several items on the furnace and narrowed down the problem and fixed it.

They were punctual. They were very helpful and professional. They used their booties when they came in the house.

We;ve used them for a few years and have a yearly maintenance agreement with them for our 2 furnaces and 2 central airs. They are always great. Come when they say they will, and do a great job.

Nothing really to tell that was unusual. Obtained three estimates, two closer together than the third (very high). Mark Turk did all the estimating, set up the job, and his crew came on the agreed upon day and did all the work. Everything went fine and it works great. I would not hesitate to use Turk Heating and AC again and I probably will give them all my furnace work. I was very satisfied. The new unit is so much quieter that it is hard to believe it is working until you feel the cool air!

Every visit l (twice a year) is excellent! They arrive on time, and are professional and courteous.

Turk is a family owned business. They seem to be customer focused.

I thought he was very good. He knew the product well. He recognized the model of the gas furnace that I had and knew approximately how old it was just by looking at it. He actually told me that I didn't need to have the furnace checked every year like some of the other companies recommend, and that I could save money by having it checked every other year. He gave me a magnet to stick on the side of the furnace so I could call them back in the future and that was it.

The team arrived on time 7:45 am and did not leave until the job was done. The install was done with all new equipment. The only item not replaced was the ductwork since it was in great shape (1965 heavy gage galvanized) No one does it like that anymore. No ductboard was used in the install. Mark explained everything as it was done. Once the install was complete the team cleaned up and Mark explained all of the control and features.

The A/C was tuned and one of the men inspected the air run under the house. The entry to the house is very tight and difficult to enter. He determined the run needed to be replaced. I had expected as much as we had plumbing work done and that was their opinion. One of the men returned to the shop and returned within 15 minutes with the proper parts. The house was left as clean as when they arrived.

Mark Turk,his son, Mark Jr. and his brother-in-law all did a great job installing my new Heat Pump. I am very satisfied on how it was installed and the estimate was better than anyone else gave me too.

I had Mark Turk to my home after he was recommended from a friend. I just wanted to make sure my a/c unit and furnace were running properly because they are several years old. He was completely honest and said he had worked for other companies that were not honest and couldn't do it anymore and started his own. For $95 he comes to my home twice a year and cleans, runs a diagnostic check, and changes the filter on my furnace. His confidence and honesty give me the piece of mind that my a/c and furnace are running properly. I try to keep my ears open for anyone needing a heating and air guy so I can refer Turk's to them.

In November of 2005 Mark Turk, owner of Turk Heating & Cooling, installed a Furnace/Air Conditioner, and Media Air Filter. His quote to do the work was the most reasonable I could find. He spent over an hour measuring the house, windows etc. before working up the price. He explained each item on the quote in detail, gave us several options and put the final price together. There was no hard sell. We called him the next day and set up the install. He showed up on time did the work himself with help from his crew and was done in one day. Cleaned up and when finished went thru each thing we should know about the equipment. I now have Turk Heating doing all the HVAC work at my office building. This last weekend I had an emergency at my house not related to anything Turk Heating had done. I called Mark Turk and he came over at 9:30 Saturday evening the night before Easter and bailed me out of a problem situation. I recommend him highly.

MARK TURK WAS MAKING REPAIRS IN RESPONSE TO THE RECENT SALE OF OUR HOME. ALTHOUGH WE DIDN'T ASK HIM TO, HE MADE IT VERY CLEAR, IN A POLITE WAY, THAT HE WOULD IN NO WAY MAKE FALSE REPORTS ABOUT THE WORK PERFORMED TO FULFILL OBLIGATIONS TO THE PURCHASERS OF OUR HOUSE - AN HONEST BUSINESSMAN! WE CERTAINLY APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY AND HIS PRICING WAS VERY FAIR.
