I won the realtor lotto with Jennifer Funkhouser. She responded to an online request for additional information and end up finding me a beautiful new home. Although I was not a "high-end" client, I never felt second rate or like I was bothering her. She was professional, attentive and responsive and I can't imagine have gone through the process without her. I definitely recommend her and would use her again next time I need to move!

The process went great! We had a very hard home to sell. It needed a lot of updates. The Liszak team came in and told my wife and I what we really needed to do in order to sell the home and sell it fast. They sat down and told us what would make the biggest impacts and things that realtors will tell you need to do but are often overlooked. Carole was always just a phone call away. If we saw a house we liked she would make sure to call right away and get us in to see it with out even blinking! I can not speak highly enough about the Liszak team and the services that they provided. They were able to media blast our house on to every site so everyone looking would be able to see it quickly!!! 32 Showings in 2.5 Weeks!!!

My husband found Jennifer's contact information online and since we were moving to Indianapolis from another state we did not have any references to go off of but from the first phone call we felt extremely comfortable with her. Since we were coming in from out of town she made sure to clear her schedule until we found the perfect house to call home. It took several trips but she always was knowledgable about locations and neighborhoods and kept in contact almost every day throughout this process. From bidding wars to a horrible inspection report she was on top of everything! We would not have been able to make it to closing with out her constant phone calls to very involved party and her leading us the entire way. When I first started looking for my home I didn't see the value in having a Realtor until a whole lot of unexpected stuff was thrown at me after we found the house we were looking for. I was completely unprepared for this experience and Carole slowly and clearly helped me through the home buying process with the expertise of an industry vet. She kept me organized and on task even through the hectic process of buying a home. Whenever I got stressed out she was a very calming influence and really knew what she was talking about. She was always there for me and always had my best interests at heart. Great person and Realtor.

Given the poor real estate market, we needed a good plan to sell and move. Of the 3 Realtors we talked to, Carole gave us the most aggressive (lowest) selling price target and the most things to do to the house in preparation for selling. (She also sold the house across the street in 8 days in 2006.) Once the offer came through, Carole took care of all the details, and helped us find a new house in only a week. We never had to worry, as she and her staff kept everything on track, even when our sellers' first mortgage fell through. They were as helpful in the buying as in the selling process, and Lynne (in the office) kept all the T's crossed and the I's dotted.
