This was a $99 "Angie's Big Deal" to clean our gutters. They did a great job in spite of the bad weather Indy had during the holidays.

I was real pleased with them. I heard about them through my insurance company. It's Superior Roofing Services Inc that they always use and they've never had any troubles with them or anything. They did what they said they would do. Everything that they did was neat. It was almost $14000 deal. It took them 2 and frac12; days to put on the roof. Their quality and professionalism was A-1. I would tell people to definitely deal with them. In fact, I've referred them to some of the people. They did work for other people and they did a good job. I thought I had a little trouble around the chimney and they came back and repaired it and apologized for it and said that it shouldn't have happened. I will use them again in the future.

When doing the window trim work they broke two windows. They didn't say anything to me - I had to contact them but once I did they replaced the windows. The roof looks beautiful and I would use them again.

Representative was pleasant and courteous. Price seemed fair. Problems began when work was initiated. I was concerned with weather reports of heavy rain. I was assured they would only uncover a small area at a time. Crew arrived a day late, late in the afternoon. They ripped up most of the old roof prior to heavy rain and covered it with tarp. They did not remove old waterproof base layer but pounded previous attachments further into roof. When I went to check for water damage the next day I found they had initiated cracks in many of the interior walls. No one on the crew was fluent in English. I called the rep who came to look at the walls and said they would "make it right". The storage room in the attic now has nails sticking through as much as 3". It is a hazard. The plywood roof base is broken in many places. The rep said I would have no guarantee unless I paid for the job. I talked to the owner who promised to come look at the work. I never heard from the company again.
