It went well, Jim Bradley cleaned and serviced my furnace and also repaired the part that holds the furnace filter on. I had been using tape to hold that on as a piece of the plastic had broken off and he was able to make a piece of metal to hold the filter in place. Very reasonable charge also. Very pleased with his work and will rely on his company again.

On one of the hottest days of the summer, my central air conditioning unit stopped working. I noticed it wasn't working late in the afternoon. Based on my satisfaction with work they previously had done on my furnace, I called Smith & Bradley about 3:30 pm. Keith was able to make it out the following morning at around 10:30 am. He immediately recognized the problem (the capacitor had failed), explained what needed to be done, and got it working quickly. He then ran some other diagnostics, cleaned the unit thoroughly and added some freon. He was on-site a little over an hour and did a good job explaining what he was doing and why. Overall, a very pleasant experience at a very reasonable price.

1962 home in Avon area. Found hardwoods had dropped in front north west corner of bedroom closet. Had Indiana Foundation out { they were excellent} They fixed all plates and wood needed and explain that the heating pipes were rusty and some only partly attached. We called Keith and Jim they checked under the house that afternoon. They came out week after Indiana Foundation had left and worked straight 2 days both of them. They replaced everything from furnace all the way back, also each register up into every room. Cleaned up everything. Yes We seen all those pipes coming out. They definitely were rusty and ready to go
