 + -1 moreAFTER COLLECTING MONEY HE WOULD NOT FINISH THE JOB. WHEN THE NEXT RAIN CAME, THE LEAKS WERE ALL STILL THERE. HE SAID HIS WORK WAS GUARANTEED/WARRANTIED BUT THEY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON THE CONTRACT AND DEMAND MORE MONEY.
