He is prompt. He does what he says he will do but his prices have really gotten too high. They always come when they are supposed to. They do the service without any problems. My only concern is their prices have become high. I would tell a friend that they do what they say they are going to do but I would suggest that he/she make a research to see if he/she could find somebody that is a little more reasonable. I will continue using him until I find somebody who is more reasonable.

The staff was very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue was the delay of several weeks from the time we expected the work to be done and when it actually happened.

Removed 7 trees and did some triming. All employees were polite and knew what they were doing. Totally cleaned up after themselves. Was willing to do some additional triming we hadn't talked to him about before while they were there. Was able to give estimated price of the additions on the spot. Great service and very pleasant people.

I felt that they were honest about what needed to be done to the trees. They cleaned up afterwards and did not leave any debris. They gave us advice on the condition of the trees that we have and the shrubbery that should be removed. They came when they said they would to do the work. I will use them again in the future.

He is not cheap, but it depends on what types of trees and what you are having done. He is nice and I have used him for about 20 years. He is a sweet man and he knows trees.

We have used Glover's Tree Service for years, and have always found Richard to be professional, knowledgeable, and offer fair prices. A week before he sprayed the bagworms, we asked him to come by and check a white pine that was looking poorly. He stopped by the next day, and as we weren't home, he called and left a message. There was nothing he could do to help the tree (many services DO something they can charge you for, even if they know it will do no good) and he didn't charge us for the visit to our house. The next week we called him to come and spray for bagworms, and he was here the next day. Dead bagworms make me smile! :-)

We have used his services for 20 years and continue to do so. He's very good.

Mr. Glover has been treating our oaks for 18 years. He treats twice annually. He seems a little pricy, but he knows what he's doing. When one of our trees became too diseased to save because of root fungus, which could not be treated, he was very straightforward about it and said we shouldn't pay him to treat that tree any more because he couldn't cure it.

His treatments are effective. He saved two trees for us which were having trouble with the insects. They were going to destroy the trees if we did not do something about it. He helped us save the trees by spraying them. He sprayed the trunk of the three or the canopy depending on what the problem was. He looks after all the trees in the property. We have a lot of trees in the property. He only sprays the ones that need it and does not overdo any of his treatments. He just does what needs to be done. He knows when to set the appointment in order to make sure the trees stayed healthy and bug free. He takes your trees as his responsibility. He makes sure that everything is done so you don’t loose any trees. We didn’t do price shopping for tree service. He is very professional.

Years ago we almost lost our beautiful tulip tree in our front yard to borers and aphids. As it was planted the year my father died, it has great sentimental value to us, not to mention it shades our entire front yard! Mr. Glover literally brought it back to life and has treated it carefully for us ever since. He also inspects our other trees (over 20 in our yard) and lets us know if they show any signs of insects or disease. Maybe best of all, though, Richard always leaves a personal note on our bill, complimenting us on our plantings and landscape. :-) If you love your trees, you need Richard and Gloria Glover!

MR. GLOVER HAS BEEN PROMPT AND HAS DONE THE WORK AS PROMISED AND HAS WORKED OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS TO TRY TO HELP SAVE MY OAK TREE, WHICH IS STRUGGLING IN SOIL THAT IS TOO ALKALINE TO ENABLE IT TO TAKE UP IRON FROM THE SOIL. HE HAS CALLED BOTH SPRING & FALL TO REMIND ME OF THE BEST TREATMENT TIMES & HAS ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB. THE TREE HAS IMPROVED.

HE IS WONDERFUL, VERY FAIR AND HE DOES ALL THE WORK HIMSELF. HE HAS BEEN DOING IT A LONG TIME AND HAS KEPT ALL OUR TREES AND BUSHES IN GREAT SHAPE EVER SINCE WE HIRED HIM.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB, WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

MOST COMPANIES WE CONTACTED WANTED TO CUT THE TREES DOWN. RICHARD FELT THAT HE COULD SAVE THE TREES WITH THIS ROUTINE SPRAYING. I BELIEVE HE IS RIGHT.
