Restoration Builders Online

If I could give zero stars that would be more of an accurate experience with Restoration Builders. In July 2021 a storm damaged our roof, gutters and siding. Our roof was replaced that Fall. Then January 2022 we get a call from a new sales manager saying our account had slipped through the cracks. Well a few other managers and years later we finally get our siding and gutters replaced - January/February 2024. The siding company left pieces of siding and a lot of nails around our house as well as a ten foot long solid wood pallet in our driveway. Last summer a piece of siding came off and a couple of other pieces bowed out. Someone came to "fix" the problem then a few weeks later it all happened again. I've called so many times and finally a contractor called me in the fall and said he'd be here when he gets back in the state. Never happened. They do not honor their work or warranty guarantee. Do not hire this company!

Using the Visualizer on their website to see what different shingles would look like on my house was the best part... highly recommend!!

These guys are THE BEST!! I chose to do the online consultation, it was so convenient and easy. No high pressure sales guy in my house. Curt was easy to work with and personable. He explained the different roofing materials options, and helped me pick the perfect shingle color. My house looks amazing.
