+ -1 moreIt was a very nice experience. He has a flat fee for the first time and he tells you when he gets there if it is more than that. His fee is excellent but he is so busy at times. He is now my plumber as well.
Description of Work: I use ResQ Plumbing for plumbing services. I sent him to my aunt's house because she needed a plumber. It was her birthday so I sent him out there. He has done a lot of things for her. He has worked on her bathtub, faucets and a garbage disposal that was getting fragrant at times. She had that removed.

+ -1 moreAdam was great from start to finish and he continued to keep us updated on his progress. He is very responsive, on time, very personable, and he doesn't mind taking time out to explain exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. He also brought to our attention the bad copper line, which potentially saved us $1,000+ and the headaches of having to go through the entire experience again.
Description of Work: We had a leak in one of the pipes located under our concrete slab. After locating the leak with a leak detecting company, we called Adam at ResQ to fix the leak. While fixing the leak, Adam let us know that the entire copper line from the shower to the washer was in rough shape. He did not pressure us to fix the entire line, however, he did review all available options to us at this time. We decided to replace the copper line now to avoid any issues in the future.

+ -1 moreI was remodling my guest bathroom and wanted all new fixtures to match the new marble sinktop I had purchased. Adam explained how I could purchase the color I wanted with a model selection that would be compatible with the old fixtures. He changed out showerhead, drain, tub faucet and handle as well as mounting the new sinktop and adding the sink fixtures I had purchased. I got exactly what I wanted with the install and clean-up. Within 6 months I re-hired him to do the other bathroom. Again, it was an excellent job. Very professional.
Description of Work: Adam provided the labor changing out bathroom fixtures, mounting sink top and clean up for my remodling job.He also advised me on model of faucets to purchase to make them compatible with the old plumbing. He knew my plumbing since his house has the same builder.
