 + 0 moreThey are incredibly unresponsive. They rarely, if ever answer the phone during business hours. The workers they send out to deal with any issue in the house never show up when they are supposed to. They are late, and never follow through. This has been going on for months, and I held out of leaving a review for months. But this is the tipping point. The ladies in the office are nice, but actions speak louder than words, and right now, there are no actions. There are basic problems with this property, some of which are affecting our livelihood, and they barely care to address them.
