They did a great job. I have a commercial coffee maker in my home. It is a Bunn coffee maker. They were one of the certified technicians and a lot of them actually won?t deal with anyone who is a residential customer. They only deal with commercial accounts. Their pricing was very reasonable when compared to others. There was one company that I called. They did say that they would come out but they said they don?t normally do residential customers. They were located like on the south side and I am on the north side. They said by the time they got here and charge me for their service, it was going to be $150 before they ever even looked at the machine. I did have to take my machine to Pro-Tech because they don?t do home calls. It was done in two days and it was $95. I was really happy with them. I felt like they were very honest because what was wrong with it was pretty minor and I had actually expected something more major. They did not try to do a crazy repair on it that it didn?t need. It actually just required a really heavy cleaning. It is a type of coffee maker where it is like hard wired into the water and it has got a waterline that goes directly to it; so it needed to have a real heavy duty descaling done. That was not something that I can do on my own with that type of a machine. I think they repair all different types of commercial grade coffee makers. They also provide water filters for them and that type of things as well. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
