Plumb Doctor responded quickly to my hot water issue. The tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. My hot water heater was old and stopped working but Plumb Doctor was able to replace my water heater same day at a very fair price! Thanks Plumb Doctor, I'll be using you for all of my plumbing issues from now on.

Let me start by saying that Plumb Doctor is an excellent company to work with. Our plumbing need was a estimate and repair that was required based against an inspection report. Our turn-around time to complete this work was very short, and Jenny and John (Plumb Doctor owners), could not have been more accommodating in fitting us in. Steven came out and examined the plumbing for needed repairs. The next day, Tyler came and made those repairs. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. My sister-in-law was so impressed that she said that her husband and she would now use them for several rental properties that they own. I highly recommend Plumb Doctor.

Technician came and replaced the flapper. It seemed to be working okay then but later that evening had the same problem. Called the company the next morning the technician came out again and remedied the problem by replacing the fill valve

I had two leaks that I wanted repaired. The first was a slow leak from the valve into the intake hose to my washing machine. The repairman told me that he could replace both the hot and cold valves for $275. Only one was leaking, but both were over 30 years old so I agreed. While replacing one of the valves a part of the pipe broke off, so the price went up to $400. After he was done, he said that my hoses would probably not survive having the water turned back on, but after turning the water on they were fine. The second problem was a leak under my kitchen sink. (The entire kitchen was just remodeled with a new sink, faucet, etc. less than four years ago.) He looked underneath the sink and said the leak was coming from the sprayer hose. He said he couldn't identify the brand of faucet (and I didn't remember), so he recommended replacing the ENTIRE faucet at a cost of $400. I told him I'd try something else. After he left and I looked up how to replace the quick-disconnect hose to the faucet, I found that I could fix the leak myself just by tightening the sprayer nozzle. Literally a five minute job. I really think Plumb Doctor's intention was to up-sell me at every opportunity. I'll never use them again or recommend them to anybody else.

Overcharged. Tim came out and successfully unplugged a clogged drain. I also asked to have an outside hose spigot replaced and they simply removed an aerator from the faucet head and he thought the leaking faucet was fixed. The faucet threads ended up being stripped and i couldn't connect a hose to use it. Well, he came back out and charged me $550 to replace it from the inside and used likely in the neighborhood of $50 in parts. It took him about an hour to replace this. Then he attempted to "mortar" around the spigot faucet in the stone wall and used a caulk of some type that sagged and fell out. He charged me $100 for this work($5 tube of caulk). I asked Tim for a refund and I will repair this seal myself. I never heard back from Plumb Doctor after several attempts to reach them.

"I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the work. As I explained when I was out there, I didn't recommend doing the repair you asked me to do. I recommended the full repair from the beginning. You didn't want to spend the full amount to do the repair that was recommended, which I respected, but told you that if I did that smaller repair that you requested, I couldn't guarantee it or that it would last at all. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened- it didn't last. I am very sorry that it didn't, but I promise you that I did not do a botched job and did not try to take advantage of a woman. I have a wife and 3 daughters and have nothing but the utmost respect for women, and taking advantage of anyone, no matter their gender, is not something that our company stands for."

I used him in August of 2013 to fix a broken elbow pipe underneath the kitchen sink. Again, it’s my mother house, the same house but I happened to be there when I called and he came out on time. He fixed this things, unclogged this things. He rediscovered for more plumbing problems on the walls that kind of stuff. He was going to do that. The reason I am recommending him is because my mom’s garage door handle was broke – you couldn’t get in and out of the garage which happened to be door that I let him in. While I was there, my mom had an attack and while I was back taking care of her that man fixed the garage door without asking, without doing anything, how he did it – put that knob back on and put the screws in it and everything. Again, soaring above and beyond what he was called to do and that kind of service is commendable. The deal was $125 but I paid him $140. The reason that I know is that I got it right here on my phone. Definitely and highly recommend them.
