"[Member Name Removed], I'm very sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our technicians. I understand that there are a lot of plumbing companies out there that send salesmen to jobs to try to upsell everything. I can tell you with complete confidence as the owner of the company, that I absolutely do not send technicians to just try to upsell our customers. That is not what our company stands for. The purpose and mission for our company is to do great, honest work and keep customers for a lifetime. I am so sorry that you had this experience and if you would like to discuss it further, I would be happy to talk with you anytime. Thank you."
"[Member Name Removed], I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our technicians and their work. We always strive to make sure that all of our clients are fully satisfied and happy with the work that we provide. It is in our records that the owner personally came to your home to address this issue and fix the problem. Would you mind updating your review? Thank you and again, we sincerely apologize about your experience."

"Thank you so much for the review!"
"I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the work. As I explained when I was out there, I didn't recommend doing the repair you asked me to do. I recommended the full repair from the beginning. You didn't want to spend the full amount to do the repair that was recommended, which I respected, but told you that if I did that smaller repair that you requested, I couldn't guarantee it or that it would last at all. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened- it didn't last. I am very sorry that it didn't, but I promise you that I did not do a botched job and did not try to take advantage of a woman. I have a wife and 3 daughters and have nothing but the utmost respect for women, and taking advantage of anyone, no matter their gender, is not something that our company stands for."
"Thank you so much for your review!"
