Outstanding! It was a simple process to start, all the way through to the end. Got the look with all the features I wanted, they also worked right along side with the company installing my addition concrete patio. And the ladies in the office have always been A+. Great experience, highly recommend.

It went awesome. They were up-front with us the entire process and were always on-time (or ahead of time). Very pleasant to work with and the continued customer support after the install has been outstanding. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have a pool installed.

As far as pool installs go, it was wonderful. They were on time and all of their subcontractors (concrete, gas, etc) were very respectful and timely. Any time you install a new pool the process can be a bit overwhelming - it's a lot of decisions and work being done. They were knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and once I was ready to go - got the job done. The end product is fantastic. I couldn't be happier. On of their employees even gave me his cell number and was willing to text me back more than a few times after business hours (due to timing questions, etc). It was above and beyond, in my opinion.

They did an excellent job and were easy to deal with. We had a couple of issues and they were handled easily and to my satisfaction. The Perma team both onsite and management are the best I have worked with. Totally recommend them.

I have been extremely satisfied with PermaPools. I highly recommend them. They are responsive, caring, and hard-working. I elected to have the company perform weekly service (cleaning, chemicals, etc.,) on the pool. I'm thrilled I chose them. My pool was ready to use within a month. I heard nightmarish stories about pools being unfinished for a year. Perma was nothing like that. They responded to every question or request I had within 24 hours each time. Definitely contract with this company!

The project went very well and they did exactly what they said they would do. Ron the salesman and project planner gave me great advice and and took a lot of time making sure I understood the advantages of not cutting corners and buying the variBle speed pump to keep operational cost down. Bill Lambert the owner was very professional and worked with us to ensure we were happy with the product and was very responsive. Athens pool is great too.

The entire installation went very well. Every person they sent was pleasant and very skilled at their job. Perma Pools told us up front what the total cost would be, the schedule to install it and all of our options. They were ahead of schedule all the way and did a very nice job. I would recommend them to anyone. They always responded to our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed during the entire installation.

Perma Pools had worked diligently with my husband and I to install the new liner, the new pool cover, and the pump for our pool. They listened to our requirements and explained all possible options to get the best quality with the great price deal. The service staff showed a high level of responsiveness and respect. Perma Pools far exceeded our expectations and we would turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. They are an excellent company that strives to highest quality of their work. We have our pool opened and closed every year with Perma Pools. They are always prompt and professional. We have also used Perma Pools to assist us with pool maintenance (i.e. install of new cover, install of new light) and each interaction has been wonderful. If you are looking for someone to assist you with your pool needs, I would definitely recommend using Perma Pool.

I have had Perma Pools open my pool once and close it twice. They have always been professional and ontime with these services. Their pool opening, they went above and beyond and were there for quite some time doing more than I expected of them and they even attempted to fix a minor vinyl liner issue for free. The closing was just done and they were prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend their service department. They are priced around the average of what I've seen from other pool services in Indianapolis. If you do have them open or close the pool, make sure you've spoken to them about what you need to do to check pool chemistry-wise in advance (or to fill your pool with water before they get there, for example). If you do those basic things, they take care of the rest!

It was a great success! Our family loves our new pool and we continue to be very happy with Perma Pools! They were outstanding to work with throughout the pool building process and continue to be very responsive to questions we may have along the way as we continue to learn more about being pool owners. They made our first pool closing most recently very easy and simple! We highly recommend Perma Pools to anyone considering installing a new pool!

Ed was on top of it, called me back quickly and the entire staff from the person answering the phone to the contractors that did the manual labor were courteous and punctual. The system is functioning as designed. Now we just need to wait a year or two to see if this remedies my problem. If it doesn't work, it wont be a Perma Pools issue (it will have more to do with my lot dynamics).

Perma pools sales manager first came out to our home a sat down an explained their product and their methods and how the process would work. Soon after we signed the contract after comparing Permas product to other companies in the area. I believe their product was better than what the other companies were offering and was at a price comparable or lower than the others. The construction process took about 8 weeks, we had several days of rain seeing how it was spring time (i would recommend having the pool installed in the late summer/fall if possible). The install guys that were at our house were extremely hard workers and were always available to answer any questions we had. The construction process does make a huge mess in the yard but that should be expected. After construction was complete Perma came out again and went through how to use all the equipment and answered any other questions we had. We have used the pool now for a few months and haven't had any problems with anything related to the pool. So far a great investment!

Went great! Project was slightly delayed due to weather, but first clear day the team was out and finished with in 8hr.

We absolutely love our new pool. The installation process was delayed due to Mother Nature but no fault to Perma Pools. Anytime we had questions they were always readily available. The entire crew that installed the pool was extremely nice and professional. It was overall a great experience

I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with all employees and contractors from Perma Pools. From start to finish each person that was at my house working hands on and behind the scenes were extremely professional. During the construction phase the construction site was cleaned up each day and trash was thrown away. I was kept informed of each step in the construction phase and where we were at the end of the day. It was obvious very early that Perma Pools not only wanted to do a great job for us but also wanted to build the best pool possible for us. Before contracting Perma Pools to build my pool I did extensive research on pool builders in my area. I never once second guessed my decision to contract Perma Pools. Thank you to their entire staff or making this experience so pleasant.

This was a good experience for us, mostly due to our salesman, Ron Frushon. He was extremely knowledgable about anything related to pools. He patiently answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable working with him throughout the process. We have been able to enjoy our pool since our final inspection on July 9th and are sad to see the season coming to an end. We would recommend anyone wanting a pool to contract early in the winter to be on the build schedule.

There system is very precise, made treating my pool very easy. My pool has never looked so good.

Sales through Service Perma Pools customer service exceeded expectations. Sales: Ron from Perma presented my wife and I a variety of options Perma Pools installs and explained the the costs and benefits of each of the types of pools. This was in the winter of 2014/beginning of 2015. We decided to go with a heat/cool heat pump option along with their variable speed pump and Cooper Ionization system over the standard chlorine or salt system. Installation: The installation team was exceptional. During the first day of site preparation the team maintained nearly constant communication with us, offered suggestions on landscape ideas, and dug a really awesome hole in the ground. My yard was a mess and I knew the end result would be worth it. (installing an in-ground pool will tear up your yard... deal with it). Once the hole was dug, the team manuvered the one piece fiberglass pool from the truck, between the neighbors house and mine with the precision of a fine craftsman and lowered the pool into the hole. We were totally impressed. The following Monday the team showed up, outlined the forms for the concrete. Again, very professional. By 5PM the second day I had a pool with water. As promised, the wait then began (you see, it takes time to get the prep of the electrical and plumbing. Next step was the concrete..Another very professional job by team responsible for pouring and leveling the concrete. These guys were awesome. Service Post Installation: Being the new kids on the block with a pool, Perma's staff was extremely patient with me. They took the time to explain how to care and maintain the pool, sent their team of expert pool maintainers over to the home several times to address my concerns. Year 1 in the books: I'd recommend Perma Pools to anyone who asks. I'm sad that the weather is turning.

Perma Pools is GREAT...in fact they are the best in town! They arrive when they say they will which is not that common anymore unfortunately. The staff (especially Pam) is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are better than most pool companies and they are always a phone call away if I have any questions or issues with my pool or hot tub. Another thing I love about Perma is they don't recommend a ton of expensive chemicals that I don't need. Their philosophy is to keep pool maintenance simple which I love. I recommend Perma to everyone I know who has a pool, spa or considering getting one.

Perma Pools installed a 18x40 vinyl liner pool for us the summer of 2011. We worked with Ron throughout the entire process and were VERY happy with his knowledge, expertise, and overall help. He continues to be readily available to answer any questions that I have that pop up over the pool. He is a HUGE asset to the company, and has always stood behind his word. I am very happy that 4 years after installing the pool, Ron is only a phone call away.
