National Claims and Restoration Inc

Description of Work: Justin from National Claims came to our door on his initiative to look at our roof and gutters after the October 21 hailstorm. He was very helpful and represented the company well. He put a tarp on our roof to cover an area where there were leaks and came back to look at the roof with the insurance adjustor. We did not choose National Claims to replace our roof because of the lack of a track record on Angie's List. If Justin is an example, I feel they may be a good and service-minded company, but, in the end, we went with a local company with a long local track record. They had a D and a couple of F's which were about scheduling rather than quality of work, and they had a long record of many, many A's. I hope that National Claims is able to acquire a local record.
