The owner was prompt in answering our request for a quote and made an appointment to come to the house. When he learned we were getting another quote, he bad-mouthed the competitor (which we did not name). We ultimately with with Mr. Window because they could do the job sooner, and the paint color of the door matched perfectly with our house. We asked specifically about how they might work with our security system, and he specifically said that with their experience in installation they could accommodate the wiring in most situations. The installers came and immediately told us that they had to deactivate the alarm wiring and if they were to drill into the door to reattach it, the warranty would be invalid. So the door was installed, and we now have to have to pay the alarm company to return and reattach a new sensor. When we spoke to the owner on the phone about this on the day of installation, he rudely denied ever saying that they could about working around the alarm system wiring. When the estimate was given, the owner was there to examine the current door and wiring; had he told us that the alarm system will be an issue, we might've made a different choice about the door or when the installation was scheduled.

A 3 man crew came out and did a professional job of replacing all of them in a very timely manner. They cleaned up inside and out so there was no need to clean up after they left. The new windows look great. This is one of the few times when I have no regrets with the choice I made. They did an excellent job from quoting to the finished installa

Mr. Window provided a quote for 10 Okna replacement windows and a sliding patio door. The price was very reasonable. They performed the work in a timely matter, and their installers were excellent. There was a small problem with broken glass dmaging a kitchen faucet due to the age of our old windows. They took responsibility for it, and credited our bill for the cost of the faucet plus installation. There was a follow-up visit to install a screen that was ordered, and that went well too.

estimate-super quick to come out and measure, quick turn around on the cost estimate professionalism-everyone from the receptionist to the install guys is wonderful to work with and endlessly patient with my questions turn around time-installed more than a week AHEAD of the promised date install-both inside the house and out, you would never even know they were here, except i have new windows. I would definitely use them again-in fact, I capped off today's install by ordering 3 more windows.

Mike Louden, Shaun and another installer showed up right on time and they all did a magnificent job. I could not be happier with the results of the indoor and outdoor work performed and was very happy with the quality of the Okna windows. Would recommend Mr Window to anyone looking at window replacement.

Mick's team was professional all the way. Beginning with the initial meeting and home visit to the final installation. We researched several different replacement windows and installers. We felt Mr Widow provided the best combination of product and service. We were not disappointed. Mick even met us after hours with a visit to his showroom so we could get a feel for the quality of the windows and doors. He and his team continued to show that type of service through the entire process. We checked reviews of many windows and decided these were the ones for us. Also, we had an idea of what the overall price would be (no small investment) but the actual price ended up being a little less than expected. The windows feel rugged and are performing excellently. We could tell the outside temp with our old windows and patio door by touching the inside of the glass. We have noticed now with the new windows when we touch the inside glass it has the temp of the inside of the house. Overall, the house is much more comfortable. Finally, the installation team (actual Mr Window employees) were complete pros. They were prompt and patient with my many questions. The install was set for 3 days but they worked so well together they completed it in 2. They even replaced some of the wood trim. The house looks terrific and we could not be happier.

We ordered a new fiberglass front entry door and locks from Mr. Window. They had it painted for us. The color and paint job are perfect. The salesman visited our home and was very helpful. The gentlemen who installed the door were courteous, professional and pleasant to have in the house for a couple of hours. The door was installed in January, so the temperature was around 40 degrees. They managed to get tom get the door off, get it inspected by our local building inspector, and get the new door installed in just a couple of hours with minimal temperature fluctuation in my house. They did an excellent job on the installation and the finished product is beautiful. We would highly recommend them.

Salesperson (Michael Sullivan) came to house to go over offer and take measurements of door. He was extremely friendly. At first he looked through his catalogs to show me a door I did not order that was more expensive. I told him I purchased a patio door that was advertised at $1490.00. I asked him if the patio door came grids (like was shown in the advertisement picture) He said no, with that door it's a $75.00 upgrade. Kinda misleading if you ask me. I went ahead and paid it. The installation was promised no later than December 20th and would probably be earlier. The installation was rescheduled twice but finally installed January 7th. The installers that came out could not have been better. They installed the door in 2.5 hours and cleaned up all their mess. The door is higher quality than I even expected so I'm very happy about that and will use the company again to have windows put in when we are ready.

This is the second experience with this company and they are fantastic. From the first meeting with Chris for product and pricing to the complete installation today,it was flawless. The install crew was prompt and completed their jobs in a timely manor. I would suggest everyone looking for windows should contact this provider

Called ahead before arrival. Replaced both doors and were in and out quickly. Didn't place frame around inside of garage door due to a built in bench being too close. There was not previously an inside door frame, but the door fit the space without the frame. The new door had a space at the top where I could see the insulation. Also, a board was not replaced under the outside of the garage door. I called and the people who were sent took care of both issues. They were able to place the inside door frame. I am happy with the doors and work now.

It went really well. The workers were clean, respectful and friendly. They completed the work in 1 1/2 days, and returned a little over a week later to finish the last window which had a special order. They explained what they were doing, and answered all questions we had. They cleaned up after the work and we are very pleased with our new windows.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We are replacing all of our windows in our 1938 home and were skepical about finding windows to match the character, but couldn't afford the Pella windows many other companies recommended. After a lot of research done, we found that the windows we got actually have a better warranty and still hold the true character of our home. Chris really helped show us the differences in the windows and pointed out other windows in our own neighborhood. The results were better than we hoped for. The crew that came out was professional, timely, and great about answering questions. There was no disconnect, as sometimes happens, between the sales and service, nor the office when you call them. Everyone was so great to work with and I am so happy that we went with this company. Windows are a huge commitment and they made the process so easy and were so wonderful to work with. We have only done half and are in the process of ordering the second half. I am so exited to have this done, and done right!

They were quick to come and give us a quote, provided lots of detail, and were a fair price. They replaced two windows and never made us feel bad about only being able to afford a couple at a time. We felt important and not like a waste of time for them. I have no question that when we can replace more we will go with Mr Window.

As with the prior install it was a great job by Mr.. Window. I so appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of Mr. Window. From sales through install and now beyond they are very good to work with. I like that they understand not everyone can afford to do the whole house at one time. It's going to take us three years to get the whole house done. Last Fall we installed the entire front and one on the back, this year just one double window in back. Next year the rest on the back of the house. We will continue to use them and plan to have a French Door installed and a new front door also. Highly recommend them and I'm a demanding customer. Mick and his team are honest, local people who I'm glad we found and do a good job.

All went well. I was especially impressed with the installer. He did an excellent job installing the patio door.

Initial visit was on 8/19/2015. Measurements were taken and a deposit was paid. A 2nd visit was made to confirm the original measurements taken. Door was ordered and I was given an original estimated install-ready date of 10/20/2015. Door was ready early and installed on 9/30/2015. Installation took about a 1/2 day. Materials and workmanship was good. I was very happy with the work done. The only thing that would have made it better was if Mr. Window offered painting/priming service for the installation. We had to patch nail holes and prime/paint the framing, exterior side of doors, exterior trim, and interior trim after the install, and I would have just preferred to have paid to have it done.

The crew arrived on time. They were efficient, professional and cleaned up as they went. The salesperson and manager came to the house during the job to make sure I was satisfied. We are very satisfied with both the windows and the service.

Pella windows installed with prescission they arrived on time, cleaned up well and very professional. This is the third time I have used Mr Window. I highly recommend them

I was very impressed with the pre-sales consultation, scheduling and installation. The price was very competitive, the quality of the door was very good, and all employees, from the in-home salesman, through the scheduling, to the installers were of the highest quality. I would call the installers craftsmen. I watched the installers do most of the work, and there was the constant "getting it just right" sort of behavior throughout the installation process, including, "no that's not what I want, let's try something better" a couple of times by the employee. The lead installer was a true craftsman. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others. To the best of my knowledge, all the crews are employees, with no sub contractors.

The estimator was a pleasure to work with. He provided the estimate on time and called to follow up a day after sending the email.

Person with whom I spoke explained to me that this business no longer sells storm doors.

I stooped by the Mr. Window showroom to see about replacing a rotting center-hinge patio door with a sliding glass door. I selected a new sliding door and quickly arranged to have a representative come to the house to inspect the project and take measurements. The following day their salesperson arrived and found that the patio door opening would require a custom size door. We settled on a special order of the same model door I had seen in the showroom, and was told it would take approximately 6 weeks. Almost 6 weeks to the day, Mr. Window called to tell me the door was in and we scheduled the installation for later in the same week. Mr. Window's installer arrived exactly on the appointed time. And although I was surprised he was working alone, he managed to remove the old door, and install and adjust the new door in just 2 1/2 hours. The custom size door was a perfect fit. And while maybe not quite as attractive as a French-style door, it lets in far more light and doesn't encroach into the interior space when you open it. We are v ery pleased with it.

We got quotes and opinions from 6 different window companies in the area and Mr. Window not only had the lowest price, but had the product that we liked the best. The Verde windows we chose are vinyl windows that do not have the cheap vinyl look. It is a low profile window, which means that it has less frame and more glass. They had color options that allowed us to match the windows to the exterior of our house while keeping the inside a "painters white" which resembles the look of a wood window. Every window dealer you talk to will try to over price their windows by telling you that only their windows have these features or those features. When really they all have pretty much the same features. Mr Window offered them for less. The installation was on time and very professional. They came in, knocked out the job quickly and worked with us as much as possible to get our window treatments down and hung back up with the new windows. They also wrapped our older, paint chipping wood frames of our house with an no maintenance cladding that matched the color of our window to make our house that much more maintenance free. Our sales person, Mike, even showed up for the installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied. Replacing windows is never fun, but Mr. Window made it as much of a positive experience as possible for us. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them up when we go to replace more of our windows next summer.

Some confusion getting with the rep initially but after that all was smooth sailing! Windows arrived ahead of schedule and there were no surprises. Installation was prompt and the gentlemen were very personable and efficient. I love the windows and would definitely use them again. The payment was outlined very clearly and as I said nothing unexpected. They even did some caulking for me. I feel like the price was quite good especially compared to what I paid for some windows from another person 10 years ago.

Everyone that we encountered at Mr. Window was very polite and professional. I was impressed with the clear communication throughout the entire process.
