The entire process was wonderful. Our selling agent, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable with market analysis, recommendations for minor changes to help assist in a quick sale, and always available to answer questions for us no matter how big or small. Tracy, the transaction manager, was a fairy godmother to us after we had accepted an offer. She was an endless well of information and helped to take care of the smallest details. My husband and I were amazed at her attention to detail!! After we accepted an offer, the fun could begin. Joan was our buying agent and she felt like family. We only had thirty days to find, make an offer, close and move into a new house! She made the process seamless. She listened to exactly our needs/wants/priorities and only showed us properties that met those criteria. While looking for our new home, she helped keep us on track, gave us honest feedback when we needed it, and worked quickly when we found our dream home! With the help of everyone at the Morris group we were able to navigate through a very stressful time and move into a perfect home! Prior to listing with the Morris Group, our home had been listed with a very large and well known real estate company. We felt like a number, had very little personal attention, and only had one second showing in 6 months. When we relisted with the Morris Group, our experience couldn't have been more different. We felt as though they looked after us like family. I hope to live in this house forever but if we should ever need a real estate agent again, there would be NO question about who we would turn to!

Suzanne showed us around 20 homes before we decided to make an offer on the home we purchased. She always came prepared with detailed information on every home and a comparative analysis of its price relative to other homes in the area. When it came time to make the offer, Suzanne was very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions. She also presented us with a great deal of research on the home. I felt confident that I was making a well informed decision at the time of the offer. She stood firm in negotiations regarding inspection issues and the sellers agreed to cover the cost of our full repair list. Overall, I was very pleased with Suzanne and would recommend her to friends or relatives.

THE COMPANY PERSISTENTLY CALLED ME AND ASKED WHETHER I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR AGENT'S JOBS. I WAS PLEASED WITH MY AGENT, BUT SHE MOVED TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHILE SHE WAS WORKING WITH ME, BUT DIDN'T INFORM ME UNTIL AFTER THE FACT. I STAYED WITH HER, REGARDLESS. THERE WAS NO COST TO ME, AS I PURCHASED THE HOUSE. I WOULD GO WITH REMAX TO SELL.
