Our furnace needed replacing toward the end of 2013. We had several providers come in and give us estimates on the cost to replace our furnace. Mr. Ila Mitchell impressed us with his sincerity and his eagerness to serve us as customers. His price was similar to the other providers to which we spoke but because of his demeanor and the fact that he did computations which other providers didn't caused us to decide to go with him. The price that he gave us for a new, high-efficiency, dual speed furnace was $4421.28. As he completed the work we decided to replace our distribution system under the house. We had recently had a major renovation in our bathroom which interfered with the old system we had. He gave us a price on all the parts and labor which came to an additional $3231.65. We considered that a comparatively good price because we also have the same work estimated by 2 other heating and cooling companies with which we done business in the past. His crew seem to be consisting of his sons and one hired person from outside his family. Our impression through the entire replace and renovate procedure was an extremely polite, efficient, and professional workers. They kept me informed of every step they were performing. And they even informed me when they had made a mistake and needed to redo a section. Because of the job they had done and their overall professionalism we decided to change our annual inspection and tuneup from the company we had used for 12 years to Mitchell & Sons. They are always punctual and they always do the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend their services for whatever job you need an HVAC around your house.

The job took longer than estimated, but the finished product is worth the wait.
