Description of Work: We had water line freeze and break in a rental property. We called them to dry out the apartment and the basement. They quoted us a price of $600. The bill was for almost $1500. They charged us for an afterhours emergency call. I did not know 2 pm was "after hours", which is when the service showed up to place the water pump in the basement. He was supposed to come back that evening to check on the pump. I left a key with the tenant in the front unit of this duplex and introduced the tech to the tenant and told him he would let him in to check the pump and the water. The service tech did not show back up until after 8 am the next morning. The pump had burnt out because all the water was gone. They tried to charge me for an overnight visit and the burnt out pump. If the tech would have showed up in the evening the pump probably would not have burned out. The regional manger did honor the original quote of $600 but I should not have had to deal with the hassle from the office with the incorrect billing in the first place. The actual work done was what they were suppose to do and it was ok. I just feel like they were trying to scam me with the billing.

Description of Work: I had flooding and they did the remediation. They were wonderful to work with. I have never worked with anyone more professional and who does such a fine job. Their integrity and everything they do is top notch.

Excellent.
Description of Work: Our insurance company called them when we had a leak from our water/icemaker line on our refrigerator. They arrived within an hour and started the dry out process. They were very professional and always kept us informed with how the process was going and what exactly they were doing. The dry out took 5 days. The coordinator from Midwest continued to arrange repairs and estimates for me and kept in frequent contact with our insurance company. The money spent (above) is only for the dry out service, and did not include the repairs.

Anybody that I dealt with in the company was wonderful. Very professional and personable. They were cost effective.
