Their pricing was very reasonable. They said that they would show up in two or three days and actually showed up that day. They were very near and he just showed up that late afternoon. He said he was in the area so he just showed up and he cut it down and said he would be back with a chipper for your. Then, he showed up 3 or 4 days later and I wasn't even home and they chipped it and they were gone. The mess was cleaned up and everything. They did a great job.

I have used Michael's tree service for years and he and his crew are outstanding! Mike is very knowledgeable about trees and gives excellent advice in addition to great service. My neighbors noticed how excellent he is and now several are also using his service. I give him an enthusiastic A+!

I had a shaggy looking Norway Spruce by the front drive that looked more like a bush then an evergreen tree. Mike gave me a free estimate and then trimmed the tree a few weeks later. I did need to call twice for an estimate, but tree looks great now! He was also $50 to 4125 less than 2 other estimates I got.

Spotless clean-up after removal of Bradford Pear. Michael's Tree Sevice also provided suggestions on the most suitable trees for that location.

It looks very nice, they did a nice job.

Crew was well supervised. Yard was left neat and clean. Very pleased.

Excellent pretty much sums up the entire job. The one tree was between a chicken house and the main house, with some branches overhanging our house. They did a masterful job of taking the tree down, part by part, without any missteps. These guys are "artists" when it comes to tree work. I had had another service look at the tree for an estimate, but they decided that they did not want to do the job at all.

I have used him before and highly reccomend his service.

Michael came the same day that I called him to give us an estimate. His price was comparable to 2 other companies we received estimates from. I selected him because he could perform the work sooner than the other 2 companies. I called him back about 1 week after the estimate to schedule the work and he came the same day to do the work. Overall he did a good job. He had to come back to finish removing some of the debris from a mulberry bush that was damaged by the fallen tree. He was originally going to do this the next day, but got delayed with another job and came back the day after (2 days after the original work).

After a few weeks I called him to find out when he would be out and was told within 2 weeks. I called again on 6/20/2013 during office hours and got a phone message and left a detailed message stating I needed him to call me back as the roofers were coming on Monday the 24th and the trees needed to be trimmed before then. By 6:00 pm Friday night my call had not been returned so I went with another company who agreed to trim the trees the next morning even though they were extremely busy. Michael seemed very knowledgeable about trees and perhaps he was just overbooked but I needed him to be upfront about when he could do the job. He was polite and courteous when he came to do the estimate but following through is important to the customer too. I chose this company because of the A rating on Angies List. Everyone has a bad day, week, month so maybe this was an isolated incident. I really don't like giving bad ratings.

On 5/28/13 I contacted Michael's Tree experts about trimming dead branches from a willow tree in my yard. I was told that someone would get back to me in 2 or 3 days. I waited a week, and when I still didn't hear from anyone, I called again on 6/3/13. The person on the phone said that they had been busy removing trees from people's houses because of a storm, and that's why they hadn't come to trim my tree. That might be an excuse for not coming to trim my tree, but remember I had not yet been contacted by anyone about when they would come out for an estimate, much less when they would come out to actually trim my tree. So, I hadn't expected them to come out yet, just to call me to schedule. I was then told that someone would call me tomorrow after noon. Well, that didn't happen, either. I have waited another week. Still no phone call. I just wanted someone to call me to schedule when they can come out and trim my tree. Clearly, responsiveness is not Michael's Tree Experts' forte. I am now going with another tree service and will never consider Michael's Tree Experts ever again.

Very well. Michael was prompt in his estimate, and was easy to work with. We provided some assistance to his crew in cleanup, and his crew did a couple extra things for us. Nice people, easy to work with, and they did an excellent job.

We received a prompt estimate and the work was scheduled and performed very well, including cleanup of the trimmings.

This was the second time we hired them. The owner Michael is helpful, honest, reasonably priced and knowledgeable.

Michael's was responsive and professional and quoted a fair price. They performed the work and cleaned up branches. I would certainly use them again.

I gave my mom the name of this company and she called for and estimate and Michael came the next day, gave the estimate, finished another job and come the same day and worked her in even though they were backed up on jobs. His crew was friendsly, efficient and they trimmed all branches from Mulberry tree that were hanging over neighbor's driveway, hauled off all debris and totally cleaned up around area. Excellent job!

The estimate was appropriate for the job. The crew was punctual. Mike was there and double checked with me on what was to be trimmed. The crew worked several hours. They cleaned up the site very well.

Michael and 2 assistants worked for 5 hours. Michael walked the property with me and trimmed one of the trees back more at my request. Excellent job!!!!!!

I wouldnt hesitate to use him again. In fact, I have already scheduled him to come back and plant a new tree in the fall.

They called the day before the appointment to confirm the time and arrived on the dot. We have four weeping cherry trees inside a pool in closure and they began with those. They superbly trimmed those and then began on all the others approximately 12 trees and 5 large shrubs. They removed the dead trees and came back the following day to ground out the stumps. I could not have been more impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism with which it was accomplished. I will add that I felt the contract price was a great deal considering the amount of work they performed beyond my expectations because I think they truly have high expectations for themselves.

It went very well. They worked non-stop and cleaned up after they were finished. We are quite pleased with their work.
