They came on time, did a great job, cleaned up everything at the end and were amazingly organized during the entire process. I've had other people before, but no one that compares to the exceptional job this company performed. They also did the job for a very fair price.

I had to have them use a crane due to the weight of the branch, 25 tons. I had them take the tree down as well, I lost the tree and it could not be saved.

It was great. They showed up on time. They were actually early. They did the job and billed me the correct amount. They came back and checked up with me to make sure the job was going the way I wanted it too. The end result was to my satisfaction. He was by far and away, the most reasonably priced.

Michael was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about the trees. I didn't doubt that he could do the job well, the problem was that the quote was $400 higher than TWO other very good trimmers. All three quotes were obtained during the same week and for the exact same job.

He s good. He shows up on time and does a good job. You know exactly what he s going to be doing. He cleans up very well; when he leaves you wouldn t even know he was there except that your trees are gone! They offer an Angie s List discount in the magazine.

When I called the guy he said he could come the next morning and he did. Everything went fine, he was friendly and responsive, the only problem was that part of the tree was on the roof and he charged me for an emergency although it was not an emergency hours, and I didn't call him in an emergency case, he also would not give me an Angie's List discount do to the "emergency".

We got about 4 quotes and they were one of the cheapest. They are actually coming out again to do some more work. We were pleased with the work and did not have any problems. Mike was very nice and easy going. He identified each of the trees in our yard and made some recommendations for us. He was very professional and did not try to sell us services we did not need. This is why we chose them and are happy we did. I have already recommended them to others.

I contacted Mike and he stated that he would try to make it sometime later in the day or the next. Twenty minutes later he was at the door for the estimate, he stated that he was in the neighborhood and was able to make it between jobs. Once the contract was set, I was told that it may be later in the week. 30 minutes later the truck with a crew took the tree down and disposed of the wood. Less than a week later the stump grinder came and finished the job. Very courteous, I will definitely use them in the future.

It went pretty good. I had compared the prices. Their price was a little higher than others and I asked if they would match the price of a different tree service company and they did. Overall, it was very good.

Fantastic job from beginning to end!! Starting with quote process, Mike called me up to discuss specifics and understand what I wanted and what he could do best for the trees. Other services just wrote me and told me what they were going to do when it differed from what I requested. Mike was extremely prompt and had the job done within a week from my authorization. During the job he even called me up to come out and take a look to make sure I was satisfied. There was some additional trimming I wanted on the trees he had already worked on and his crew gladly took care of it. Clean-up was great, no damages. The stump grinding was completed several days later. I can not speak highly enough of the great job that Mike and his crew did and would recommend to all needing tree service that you give Mike the opportunity to perform the work for you.

They did a good job, gave us advice about other trees in our yard. They are always very courteous and timely.

They did the job they said they were going to do for the price they quoted. They took the Angie's List coupon into account even though I forgot to mention it. I had to ask them not to do everything in the original estimate to reduce the cost. They left kind of a mess behind and they still owe us a load of mulch.

They were a lot higher than a competitor for the same amount of trees. You have to call and leave a message, and someone calls you back. They never called back, and I had to call them, but they did come out when they said they would. I had to contact them again. I also contacted them to do some irrigation work, and they have not contacted me for that.

I will hire them for my future tree trimming needs. They were prompt courteous. The staff was well trained. The clean up was great and they did not leave any debris behind.

VERY EFFICIENT, VERY CLEAN. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL ABOUT THE GUY. HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO, AND I LIKE THE WAY HE DID IT.

I ACCEPTED HIS QUOTE ON 5/21/05. HE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I SPOKE TO HIM ON 5/27 AND HE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE IN A FEW DAYS. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I SPOKE TO HIM ON 6/6 AND SAID IT HAD TO BE DONE THIS WEEK. IT WAS DONE ON 6/10. I THINK THE SMALL SIZE OF THE JOB KEPT PUSHING ME DOWN THE PRIORITY LIST. AT THIS POINT I AM NOT SURE IF I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. I DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING GIVEN A SERVICE DATE (TWICE) AND THEN NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH AS PROMISED.

I AM ALWAYS IMPRESSED WHEN A SERVICE COMPANY DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT WILL DO AND MICHAEL'S DID JUST THAT.

I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AND THEY SAID THEY WERE SENDING SOMEONE OUT AND THEY NEVER CAME. I CALLED AGAIN AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM.

ABOUT 50% CHEAPER THAN ANOTHER ESTIMATE, QUALITY WORK, VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
