I haven't talked to the company about it but our door doesn't shut very well and when they installed the door, they did something funny to the back doorbell and that was never resolved. I guess I'm not 100% satisfied but like I said, I haven't pursued it with them. I just haven't had the mental energy or taken the time to bother but I would like to have that back doorbell again. It wasn't super expensive. The cost was reasonable but I don't remember the dollar amount. The doors are fine and they're holding up fine and they were mounted all right; it's just this one has not been closing so maybe I should give them a call. It closes but if latches all the way, then it wouldn't lock so there's something off. There was some government rebate at that time; if anyone would put in a more energy-efficient door then they get a little rebate in their taxes. I wouldn't have done it if I thought it was too outrageously expensive. The door is okay but it's not functioning perfectly. When they came and did the sales call and all that, that was great. They were really good.

It worked out very well. They provided good quality.

The cost will depend on which one we choose. There are two models, one is wood clad, and vinyl clad, and they range from 13800 to 17800. Their promptness, and professionalism stand out. McCombs is a very professional company, and Pella is a great product. The windows are more competitive. I am very pleased with the quote that they gave us. They are very responsive.

The experienced turned out good. They did a great job. I like the Pella windows, and it was easy to work with them. The cost seemed reasonable.

We were very pleased with it. Pella is a great product. We got the windows and we put the windows ourselves. They came out, we talked to them, we gave the kid our ideas, and he gave us his suggestions, and we tweaked it a little bit, we ordered the windows, and full french doors and screen doors, which they installed for us. The cost was in our budget. We had a budget of $20000. All of our windows and doors are Pella, and that is why we stuck to Pella. They are willing to find the window or door that you want. In our case, Pella was the only ones that had the size that we needed, and it is a very good product. We have been very pleased. We have been in our house 14 years, and we have had no problem with any of our windows. You have to know what you want. Windows are an investment, and you should go with what your budget is, but the quality is very good. The windows came in much earlier than what he had told us. The kid that came out was very easy to talk with, and he was very polite, and answered our questions.

The installation crew was fantastic, there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere in the house. The door is great. The Pella door has a very unique triple dead bolt system to it, so it is a very secure door. The quality of their work is excellent.

I have always had a great experience with them. They put in our original windows when we built our house. I don't have a problem with them. If we have a problem, they answer our questions, and if we have questions, they come out, to have a look. Everything is very professional when they come out, and they fix whatever the problem is. The work turned out fine.

They did a very good job. They were very professional and on time. The salesman that sold the job was very honest and took care of everything that we needed.

My experience was great. We went to their place and looked up at the options. They came out and took measurements so that there is no room for error. They were professionals. The person who came to install was really efficient and cleaned up very well. They were very customer friendly.

They showed up when they said they would and took measurements. They provided a quote within a week or less which was fair. They were good and did good work.

Oh they are more then happy to sell you a window, but after that they forget who you are. I have called leave v-mails because that's the only thing you reach. No return calls. Contacted Corporate for service they called back but have not heard from them in 2 two weeks. Our casement bay window metal swing arm snapped.

After the initial information gathering appointment, I was told they would have quotes & plans to me in 3 to 4 days. 7 days went by waiting for a phone call from BRAD BROCK. I called and left a message on his cell phone and again waited a couple days. After 2 weeks of never receiving a written quote or plans as promised, I left Brad and his home store a message explaining I am waiting for a quote & plans..........Since then I have left 2 more messages with the home store, was told by the receptionist that a man named LES would get back to me that BRAD was on vacation. I waited 2 more weeks and called back again. I left messages with multiple people. I have never had such a hard time trying to spend my money. I was willing to spend up to $5000 and couldn't get a quote or plans. It was an easy job...One screened wall measuring 10' tall and 16' long. I was looking for either Glass wall or sliding door suggestions. Completely unresponsive company, I guess the were too busy for me. It would be nice to at least be told that instead of hanging me out to dry for 45 days now.

We have been installing new windows in our condo over the last few years. This purchase completed all of the windows. We used McCombs last year so we knew what kind of product and service we were getting. Paul came out to give us an estimate on the last remaining windows we needed. We had received a special discount letter which, of course, we used. We selected a color and gave him a deposit. We then set up a time to have them installed. The windows were delivered and then Dale came to install them a day later. Dale had been here before to install our windows and did a beautiful job as usual. Within a couple of days Tim, the painter, came to do the finish work and touch up. Everyone involved was very pleasant to work with and capable at their jobs.

During the winter, two of the inside panes on two of my Pella double windows cracked. Called McComb in early May and was able to order the glass over the phone by having measurements and age of the windows on hand. Christy was most helpful on the phone and up front that it would be June 10th by the time that the glass came in and could be installed. Received a call on June 5th confirming that glass would be delivered and installed on 6/10. Dan arrived promptly, having called first. He removed the cracked glass with some difficulty as they had been painted in. He replaced both panes and cleaned up after himself.

Everything was good and I would definitely recommend them.

Chad came to our home to walk us through the options for the Pella 350 series vinyl as well as the Pella Impervia fiberglass replacement windows. After answering all of our questions, he took measurements for all of the windows and then showed us samples of the windows that we were looking at. He then emailed us the quote about 3 days later with all of the details about each window we were looking at. During our shopping process, Chad updated and modified the quotes a couple of times to help us have apples to apples comparisons. Communication was great via email. All in all, it was a great experience but we decided to choose a vendor with a little bit lower price. We would definitely look at them in the future for other jobs.

Our home has Pella windows that are part of a class action lawsuit due to early rotting. This is the second time we have replaced a large number of window in the last 3 years. The quality of installation is very good and the crew is pleasant. They changed the way they calculate labor costs since the last time we replaced windows and they have increased tremendously. We did not feel we had any choice but to use them to replace the windows due to the class action lawsuit. it felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. We will likely be forced to use them again as they are the only local Pella certified installer.

The gentleman came out and measured my windows and said they could do the project. They did an excellent job and the windows now work beautifully. After installation, I went to close one of the windows and the glass cracked. I called them and they came out to reinstall it without any problems. The workman was knowledgeable, they were very courteous, their cleanup was excellent, and they stood behind their product.

Once I was able to get somebody to respond and then listen to me, after many phone calls and a couple of visits to look at them and determine, YES, they were leaking due to poor installation, things went well. My new house was only 3 years old! Grrrrrr.

This was a 2 day job to replace windows on the 2nd floor of my home. Windows were replaced quickly and the quality is 2nd to none. I love the built in shades and the trim look great.
