I like the carpet.? I have used them 3 times now.? I like the sales people. They helped me pick out the color and the carpet.? The two gentlemen who came to install the carpet did a good job.? I have no complaints.

When the installer removed the carpet from the dining area, the carpet in an adjacent area (in front of a closet) became loose and bulged up. We didn't notice it until that evening. The next morning I showed the installer the piece of loose carpet; his reply was: "I'll tell the store". I told him I felt it was his responsibility to fix it since it came up because he cut the other piece. Later on in the morning, he pulled the carpet in the closet and nailed it down.. He said, "for $50.00, I'll stretch it out and put in carpet tacks". I told him no. After installation of the vinyl in the bath/laundry room, the sliding closet doors didn't work properly because the floor had been raised. The installer said he charges $20.00 a door to cut them down. I told him no, I could do it myself. Overall, we are satisfied with the project, however, I think the installer was interesed in making a little extra money on the side, by wanting to charge additional money to fix the carpet and doors.

The staff of Mainstyle flooring go out of their way to make sure you get what you need at a fair price. No matter how many times you change your mind on what you want or ask for different price quotes they will accomodate you. The guys that came to install and rip out old carpet were friendly, on time and extremely nice. They got right to work and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to any one that needs flooring and/or carpet.

Dean and his partner showed up right on time. They cut out a section of the carpet with the stains and replaced it with a section of carpet from the hall closet. After patching the carpet, Dean went around the hallway molding and secured the carpet tightly underneath to make sure it all fit tightly before leaving. The job took one hour and looks great.

Installer called the day before to make sure we were still on target, and they?arrived at the designated time.? The team worked quickly and efficiently--almost a science.? The furniture was moved without damage to any of it.? There was, however, a piece of door molding that got dinged, but which we can repair.? The installer worked with us to ensure that the carpet was laid in the direction we wanted (which was contrary to what they would normally do). A week or so after it was laid, we noticed that the carpet at the entrance to the bedroom (where it met hardwood)?was no longer tucked?in, but was flattening out onto the hardwood floor.? I called Mainstyle and someone called me back the next day to schedule a time for someone to come?and look at it.? That gentleman arrived during the agreed window of time and quickly fixed the problem to our satisfaction.

They did a good job. They did an excellent job with the work, but they made some marks on the walls while they were doing it.

It was fine. They were very helpful. They were close too, which made it nice. We have done business with them before in linoleum and we were pleased. The woman was very helpful. We had picked out some flooring that was a little more expensive. She found a better quality at a lesser price for us.

Mainstyle Flooring was very friendly and explained everything up front. They were very professional. They explained things as they were going. They were in and out quickly with the installation. They asked questions and made sure I was satisfied instead of just assuming everything was okay.

They gave us a really good estimate on the carpet but they did not carry the laminate that we really wanted, not to say they didn't have a lot of it, but we went with someone else who could do all of it. Our overall experience was very good. It was so nice and homey in there. They had some kind of incense or candle burning. They were very laid back and did not pressure us whatsoever. She called us back with an estimate right away.

The saleslady helped me select a carpet and pad that fit my budget and then provided an installer to measure the rooms and install the carpet. Everything was done professionally and according to my schedule.

Had a little trouble getting them to wait on me but once they did, they were very helpful. Allowed me to take many samples home to look at in my home. They arrived as promised and removed the carpeting and pad and moved my entertainment center for me (at a price). They even hand stained some quarter round to match my existing moulding.

We visited Mainstyle on Nov. 2 and ordered laminate flooring, a very common style. I mentioned I would like installation prior to Thanksgiving and was assured that would be no problem. It would only take about 3-5 days for them to receive the order. I waited until Nov. 18 and called because I hadn't heard from them. They had the laminate and agreed to come out to install on Nov. 20. Installation was fine. Installers were neat, personable and careful. The only problem was that the installers did not have the material needed to finish the job. They assured us they'd be back in a couple days. After probably two weeks I called to check. I felt they totally lost the order. The estimator came out to check, apologized and said they did not have the trim he needed. In the meantime in two high-traffic areas we had a 3/4" transition that was a definite "trip" hazard. He assured us they would order the needed materials. Finally, on January 28 (two months and 8 days after the installtion) they came to install the transition pieces. It took the trim installer three trips to our home because he did not know he was supposed to install cove molding around an unfinished kitchen cabinet, and he had to get another tool. We were very happy we had not paid in full prior to the completion. I feel we would never have had the job complted. When we went to finalize the bill, it was $70 higher than I expected. Upon examining the final bill, I found we were charged twice for the two transition strips. When I called this to their attention, it was corrected. We felt the business lacks communication between sales, installers, and office personnel.

I had used them before; about 10 years ago. They had the carpet that I wanted. I had looked for it at several different places. They did a very good job of laying it. They did a living room, a hallway, a stairway and a landing. It was good. I was very pleased.

They were easy to work with. They did a good job. They also installed it. They did a fine job. The workers were good. Everything was good about them.

They were punctual and professional. The only thing I was unhappy about them is that I didn't give them the coupon when I went in the first time. I asked them if I could use it after I ordered the carpet and they said it was too late for it.

Their work was fine but I had a lot of trouble getting the carpet. They kept calling and telling me that it was on back order and I realized that that wasn't their fault, but it was not a good experience.

I was happy with the service. They came out and measured, and they have a great show room. I found to be nice.

The company made arrangements to measure the room and did so on time. As this will go in a 3 season room, they advised on materials that would hold up well. They called in advance to schedule installation and installed the flooring as promised. Overall, I was very pleased and will use them in the future.

It was a good experience with this company. They finished the job in 2 days, I think they could have got it done in 1. The floor looks good except we have to call them because the floor is buckling under the fridge. They answered any questions but they did not have a lot of input on the care of the floor.

The salespeople were helpful and efficient in working up the price. They had to order the flooring, but it came in quite quickly. The installers came promptly when scheduled and worked very carefully. The finished product looks quite good. I would hire them again.

I was not there when the work was being performed, they arrived on time as promised and did a very good job. The job cost met the estimate as expected, and I was very pleased overall with the finished product.

The sales lady, Andrea came out and brought samples, I like the way she helped me decide. I decided to do business with them. The installers did a beautiful job! In fact, there was one little piece that was not quite right, he fixed it. He took great pride in his work! The installers name was Jimmy O'bannon. He was very friendly. Any issues we had, the company made right quickly and efficiently without any hesitation.

Ron was our sales person. He was helpful and not pushy. We had a good idea of what we wanted so he just directed us to what he thought would be our best bet. They came to measure the next business day. They ordered it once they gave us a price based on the measurement and we ok'd. Set up installation for the following week. I was not here for the installation (my father-in-law was here instead) but it looks good. He said they were slow and took too long of a lunch. We have had this company install carpet before when it was Indiana Carpet. Planning on using them to carpet 3 bedrooms sometime this year.

Very good. On time and tell you when they are coming. Good clean up. Very professional work.

Work was completed on schedule. Workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with the quality and efficiency of the job. Cost of the job is reasonable. Only negative comment is that would have preferred workers showed up earlier in the morning. They usually arrived between 10-10:30, so most of the work wasn't really done until the afternoons.
