She was very helpful but we have not moved forward with work. They were flexible with scheduling the estimate. She was running late for the appointment, however, she was respectful and called me to indicate she would be late. I would definitely consider using them in the future.

It was a great experience. They were able to come out quickly and lay the carpet the day after I picked the it out. They were very professional, had a nice selection and the work came in on price. They were informative and gave suggestions on the best options for basement carpeting.

They did a good job. They had a great selection and showed us a number of samples. Once we purchased the flooring they were able to do the installation in less then a week.

I needed 1,200 square feet of carpet. Everything was made very easy with the help of the staff at Mainstyle. There were so many choices it was over whelming in the beginning. I was able to bring many samples home to look at in my lighting. Tammy helped me think about how I wanted my carpet look and perform. Which really helped me make the final decision. The gentleman who came and measured was on time and pleasant. He did his job and explained how long it would take to get the job done. The installers came while I was at work. I stopped by to check on them. They were working hard and told me when they thought they would be done. They cleaned up after themselves and my carpet was and is beautiful.

Everything went great! Our sales rep. at Mainstyle went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Also, estimator who measured was excellent as well. He even measured our kitchen for possible new vinyl, but I had told them that I probably would not be doing this right away. We turned an enclosed porch into part of our living room. It ?was a concrete floor, so probably took a bit more work to attach carpet to concrete. We were trying to match new carpet to existing carpet. After looking at many samples in store our sales rep. actually went to big box store to get samples that we thought matched. They ended up not matching, but we were so impressed that she went that extra step to satisfy our needs! Very impressed!!! Finally, found a match in store and turned out great! Mainstyle goes above and beyond to satisfy and we will definitely be calling them to do our kitchen in the future!

We wanted to install carpeting in two rooms to match several other rooms where the carpeting was 8 years old. After looking at dozens of carpet samples at several stores we found a good match in a book at Mainstyle. The price was very competitive so we selected them to do the work in April 2013. After the job was completed and we walked on the new carpeting it didn't feel the same as the 8 year old carpet. The new was much firmer, almost like there wasn't a pad underneath. The 8 year old carpet had a 6 lb. pad and so did the new carpet but it felt different. Even after 8 years of use, the older carpeting had a softer feel than the new. Mainstyle sent out an installer who took samples of the new and old pad back to the store. Tammy Goff, the owner, explained to us that the pad we got was the current standard for 6 lb. pads. Not being carpet experts, we didn't think to ask if the 6 lb. pad Mainstyle quoted would be the same as the 6 lb. pad from 8 years ago in the other rooms. We just weren't happy with the feel of the new carpeting even though Mainstyle had installed what they had proposed. After several conversations with Tammy, she offered to replace the pad with one that felt like the pad in the other rooms at no charge. In June 2013, they came out and took up the carpeting and pad, put down the new pad and re-installed the carpeting. Tammy Goff went way out of her way to make us happy and we appreciate it very much.

We just didn’t find what we wanted. They were helpful and pleasant, but they didn’t have the type of flooring we were looking for. They sent someone out to give us an estimate and measure our project, and they gave us a call and tried to work with us, but the tile just wasn’t what we wanted.

I went to the store after seeing that they advertise with Angie's List. i spoke with the lady and she showed me around. I was very open as to what I wanted and the price range... my old floor was over 20 years old and the self stick tiles were breaking off.... she said they'd most likely be able to remove the old floor and the person who measured said he pulled up an edge and the subfloor looked good and that there shouldn't be a problem he felt. ... when the workers came out they said no it would take 2 days to pull up the old flooring. we called the office and she quoted me the price to put the new floor over the old. It was very expensive and I said no. she called back a few minutes later and quoted a much more reasonable cost. the workers said they knew the original plan wouldn't work and had brought the wood with them for the sub-floor. The lady I worked with was very sweet but somehow I felt there was a lack of good communication. the workers i was told would also even the floor where it had settled so that it was not visible with the new sheet vinyl floor. it is very visible. i went to the office and talked to her and she directed me to another lady who promised to call me back in 24 hrs and would have them come fix the problem. i never received the call. I am ok with the seam but it was an other example of a communication problem . I love my new floor and am happy to have it but it is hard to clean because it is textured; it is also hard to slide the chairs at the dining room table and hard to roll my portable dishwasher to the sink and back. It would have been nice to have the heads up about the textured floor due to my arthritis.

We had used Mainstyle Flooring a few years ago to carpet our front room and we were very pleased with their customer service and the subcontractor who came to our house to install the carpet. NOT THE CASE THIS TIME!!!! Horrible HORRIBLE customer service from the staff and the subcontractor. It has been over a month and I've finally given up and will be going with another company. I've spoken with probably every staff member and none of them have any clue what's going on. They lie and say they have spoken with the installer, including the owner of the company, but then when I hear nothing from anyone for days they say the installer has been in the hospital. When I finally got a call from the installer he stated he never heard from anyone at Mainstyle. On top of that, I FINALLY was able to get someone else out to at least measure. I had to wait several days and finally had to track someone down to give me an estimate from that meeting. They had told me they could meet the price of another floorer, but when I finally got an price from them it was almost double. That didn't include the repair WHICH NO ONE COULD FIND ANY RECORD OF. It was incredibly frustrating. They wanted me to hire them for the refinish and just let them add on the price for the repair when the installer was here (mind you, supposedly the guy who came out to measure already noted the repair I needed). No way I would just let them add on whatever amount they wanted. Impossible to deal with, no one has a clue what is going on, and they will bold face lie to you to appease you. They may do great work, but I guess if you want it done at a reasonable price and in less than a month you will never find out.

DO NOT use this company for tile work. Sloppy work, tiles sticking up, grout lines uneven all over the place. Tiles were actually cut on my new bathtub. Had to have the bathtub reglazed to repair damage. It took a month to get out of the contract and I lost my down payment money. Hired another company to tear it out and retile properly. Spent lots of emotion and money. Consistently unresponsive. Consumer be warned. If I could rate this experience below an "F", I would.

We had some difficulties at the start because of some conditions with our existing floor. I wish the company would have sent someone to look at the issue prior to the installation, but was assured that this was pretty standard. Unfortunately when the installers arrived, they quickly assessed that they couldn't install with the unevenness of the floor. However, they were able to set our materials aside until we got the problem fixed. They even came out while our other workmen were fixing the floor to make sure that it was now suitable for installation. Once that was done, they set a time to install our floor. The arrived promptly and worked hard to get the floor installed. The job ended up being larger than expected due to the difficulty of pulling the old floor up. They worked on the weekend to get the work done. The floor is beautiful. The tile is spaced evenly and the grout was really done well. The removal of the old floor caused more dirt than I expected, but they did a lot to minimize the dust and clean up. I am very happy with our new floor. It really updated our entryway and kitchen.

They were very good. They were a little pricey but you get what you paid for. They were great. They were professional and were in and out. It was done perfectly. I have had no problems with the flooring whatsoever. They did a great job; it was excellent. They did what they said they were going to do.

Andrea Keech helped us select the style and type of carpet we needed for our home and was very helpful as we considered numerous options available. she worked with us providing samples and explaining the differences in carpet types and styles and current trends in carpeting. She scheduled both the measurement and installation of the carpet we selected. We appreciated the fact that she provided cost estimates for several types of carpet which we were interested in and that their estimates were quite reasonable compared to others we had received for similar carpet. The installers, Rick and Brian, showed up on time for the installation and worked hard all day to get the job done. They were professional in every respect and did a great job explaining what was being done and why. They moved the heaviest furniture before and after the installation. The carpet was power stretched during installation. The installation was efficient and clean. These guys really know what they are doing and we'd use them again in a flash for any carpet needs. Our overall experience with Mainstyle Flooring was great and we would definitely consider them for any future flooring needs.

Mainstyle spent considerable time with me in the store searching out the right carpet color and style for the stairwell and room I needed carpeted.? The salesman provided me with several options and recommendations which were very helpful, did not rush me nor push me to buy a more expensive grade than i needed for the application.? The workman showed up on time to measure, the carpet arrived when promised, workmen showed up when promised, and did an excellent job of installing the carpet, and it looks great.

The services were excellent. We would highly recommend Mainstyle and plan to use them again. The installers were great and very fast. We had a great experience.

Do check around but check them against others. You will be happy you did. The selection and staff helping me in show room was a pleasure. The price was very competitive. The timely installation was great and installers very professional and done in one day. The job looks beautiful and I am so pleased with the whole experience.

I had attempted to send an email requesting Mainstyle to contact me. It did not appear to go through so I have amended the report to reflect that they did nothing wrong as they were not aware of me wanting them to contact me.

They had great follow-up and were extremely helpful in suggesting the right product. They were also very good about sharing their opinions on what was the best way to level the floor. The price was reasonable and the work was great.
