MACY'S APPLIANCE REPAIR

I have used this company off and on for ten years. He is able to work on all of our appliances. He is full of information and will make recommendations on which ones to buy. He has even talked us through repairs over the phone and no cost to me.

When they did the repair they put a defrost timer and they also installed steel around the frame of the door. He screwed the screws in crooked and cracked the frame also. The defrost timer was installed incorrectly and ice is building up on the bottom of my refrigerator and because of this the door will not seal right. You can barely pull the door with one finger and it opens. I have called them several times about this and they continue to tell me and my home warranty company two different stories and have refused to fix the problem. I would not use them again and will never recommend them to anyone. We contacted our home warranty company and they told the home warranty that the work was done and it was done to their satisfaction not our satisfaction. The ice in the bottom of the freezer keeps building up and getting thicker. They refused to do anything about it and they said that it is our fault from us opening and closing the refrigerator.

They were very professional and very reasonably priced. I would call them again.
