They were done in two days! Luke has a great crew. They started on time I was told and "worked" the whole day! They came back the 2nd day and finished up everything. They protected my flowers and fish pond. They did a great clean up too! The work done looks great! And the price was very reasonable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was one of a half dozen major projects Luke Ballard Home Repair did for us this past year. Always Great outcomes, trustworthy, reliable, and easy to work with. What's not to like!

Luke was extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster and he and his crew did a very good job on the new roof. The crew worked very hard and did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

The team was professional & efficient. Spotless cleanup. From beginning to completion Luke Ballard oversaw every detail of our project. We recommended Luke to three of our close neighbors & their work was done with the same results...beyond all expectations.

Luke was very responsive. The crew was efficient and very diligent. Took their time with flashing around chimney and the gutters. Also took down a small chimney and rebuilt the water heater vent.

I had a roof put on last year. There was a lot there. They replaced all the decking, all of the shingles, all the gutters on the house, put on a leaf guard. We had a fireplace rebricked. He has a really good crew.

We are now in week 9 and there have been issues with work not being done correctly. The plumber they used didn?t hook up my washer properly and I had a big leak when I turned on the washer. Everything worked fine before the plumber did any work. Construction debris has been thrown up into my attic and one of the steps was broken. They never placed tarps down on the hardwood floors, all of them are covered in dirt and I have dings in the floor and walls. The work so far is very shotty and the project has taken twice as long as originally projected. Some of the people Luke has had work at my house were great but all of a sudden I can't get in touch with him at all and the project is falling apart. I?m not able to live in my home at this point and I can?t get an answer or response to messages at this point. I've let them know I want a plan on when everything will be fixed

I called Luke Ballard Home repair because I needed a quote for my roof in order to sell my house. I called the company and spoke to Luke. He said he was going to take a look and get back with me. I even emailed him my inspection report so he could see what the report said about the roof. I heard nothing back. Disappointing.

Luke and his team did an amazing job. The work they did was excellent. They went above and beyond in many areas. If Luke was not available when I called he called me back as soon as he had time. He was on site for most of the process and met with me nightly to go over what they accomplished and what they were going to do the next day. The porch they built is so amazing my kids play in it all the time. When I have friends over we always end up on the porch enjoying the night. If I ever need work done again I will always go with Luke Ballard. He is one of the best in the business.

Luke is an excellent contractor and business man. Not only is their work of excellence, but Luke is punctual, responsive and has great communication. This was a fairly extensive project and a few unexpected obstacles were encountered, but Luke always kept me informed and took care of the problems. Even thought it was a somewhat costly project, Luke's prices were very reasonable in comparison to other estimates. He is very friendly and courteous. I would use him again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a contractor!

.I did not use Lucas but would not hesitate to use him in the future. He was very professional and it was a very difficult chose between him and the service I used. I chose the other service because of some of the factors that had nothing to do with his ability to do a great job.

Roofing and siding well done. Garage door well done. Downspouts and gutter well hung. Window wraps nicely done. No complaints on work done. Showed up promptly most days and worked until dark. They were competent and curteous and Luke is conscientious about making sure that you know what is going on and listening to your concerns.

The quality of the work was generally good but they never came back to completely finished the job (touch up painting, final touches in the kitchen (edging).

They provided great customer service, but their prices were higher than other estimates we received.

I would highly recommend Luke to any of my friends and family!

Good work overall but did not clean up after drywall work. He scheduled my work around other customers jobs so that push my completion date further than it had to be.

They are very good. They are very honest when they give you a quote. They do good work and stand behind their work. I would rate them high overall. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Luke came to the house, did a thorough walk through, prepared and delivered a written, detailed estimate. His crews always showed up on time; cleaned up premises each day. Luke was very responsive to questions and two requests for changes. He oversaw the entire project. A plumbing issue came up that was not part of the contract, but was holding up part of the contracted work. Luke took the initiative and resolved the problem promptly. Luke is truly committed to satisfying his customers. He is very trustworthy and holds to his word. He finished the the project ahead of schedule.

I recieved an estimate from Lucas Ballard for a new roof prior to the purcahse of a home. The roof on my small ranch is very simple and has only one small ridge over the front entry aside from the ridge that runs down the whole house. After I purchased the home, I contacted Luke to schedule the repairs. There were some concerns about bowing in the roof and Luke was very conscientious about making sure that the damage was not caused by water before he would do a layover. We discussed different styles and ways to improve ventilation. After deciding on a product line, Luke had me select my shingles from the local Lowe's and let him know which ones to acquire. Our original scheduled start date was pushed back one day due to a vehicle breaking down. I recieved a phone call that morning and work was started the next day. Not an ideal start to the job but, Luke was professional about the situation and called to confirm the the job would be done the following day. The work was completed in two days and for the agreed upon price.

As mentioned above the work was expertly done and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Luke appears to be knowledgeable in a number of construction activities that may be disparate and related, depending upon the job or application. As Luke monitored the roofing activities of his roofing crew, we suspect he also monitored the mason working on the chimney. Or if not, then it is obvious the mason was skill brick worker and knowledgeable enough not to need supervision.

The decking had worked loose on a house we were buying and we negotiated a percentage of a new roof from the owner. Our realtor recommended Luke to us and we are completely 100% satisfied with the work. The price was competitive and the quality of work was excellent. Luke was quick to respond, answered questions thoroughly, and completed all work as discussed and quoted without being reminded. We are very happy with the results and referred our family members to his company.

They were reliable and they were easy to work with. They were punctual, efficient, tidy, and kept on schedule. Their prices were very reasonable. He saved me a lot of money by making these repairs, so that I didn't have to install new windows. I would recommend him to others.
