 + -1 moreMark Studebaker is our agent and he did a tremendous job for us. We looked at around 50 houses, thought we had found THE ONE twice before actually finding THE ONE. Mark is a great listener and really zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for. We ran him all over town, up and down in price range and he always provided prompt and thorough help. We've had fair to poor agents in the past (7 moves in 17 years), and Mark is far and away the best. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

 + -1 moreShe was always cordial on the phone. Laura even answered her cell phone from Mexico when I had questions! We communicated frequently via email, telephone or in person. She is excellent in our book!
Description of Work: Laura worked very hard with our Homeowners Association and a vacant property in our neighborhood. She went above the call of duty to sell this home. The former owners refused to communicate.
