Description of Work: SOFTENER WAS CONSTANTLY RECYCLING. A REPRESENTATIVE WAS SENT OUT PROMPTLY. FOUND DEBRIS AND REPLACED A SEAL/VALVE STEM. THE UNIT STARTED RECYCLING CONINUOUSLY AFTER A WEEK. ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE WAS SENT OUT PROMPTLY AND FOUND THAT THE VALVE/STEM THAT HAD BEEN REPLACED WAS THE WRONG SIZE. NO CHARGE FOR THE SECOND VISIT. UNIT WORKING FINE NOW.
