 + -1 moreWhen writing the purchase agreement I noticed a condition that had been added to the form that stated-1. Buyer agrees to pay the $695.00 base commission to The Preferred Home Selling System. When I questioned the agent about this, he told me the fee would be waived. At closing, the fee had been reduced to $675.00, but they refused to waive it. I still have not been given an explanation of what The Preferred Home Selling System is or why it cost me $675.
Description of Work: I used Keller Williams to purchase an investment property.
