JORDAN ROOFING

Estimator had to reschedule appointment from morning to afternoon because of their schedule. Reroofing was originally scheduled for 08/25/11. This had to be rescheduled because their truck broke down on the way to my house. I rescheduled for the next week because of my own work schedule.. Crew arrived around 9AM on 9/1/11 and worked until 730 PM. They returned on 9/2/11 at 7:30 AM and finished the job around noon. After all the old shingles and roof vents had been removed, they installed the new flashings, roof vents, felt, and new shingles. The cost of the job was about six percent above the estimate, because of extra layers of shingles above the garage. I wasn't happy about that, but, I was told as soon as they found the problem. From watching the work, it appeared removing the old shingles was the hardest part. (I have no idea why one area had extra shingles, I have lived here 3 years, this is only roof work I have ever had done.) They did an excellent job under bruttaly hot conditions. Temperature on 9/1 was 99 degrees and they worked 10 and a half hours. All materials used appeared to be brand new and in excellent shape. Estimator had slightly understimated the number of shingles to finish the job. No extra charge was made for that. All in all very pleased with the new roof.

The did a great job and worked well with the insurance adjusters. They didn't finish as fast as they planned but I wanted and got a quality job.

We have had ongoing problem with roof leaks. Mr. Jordan finally took care of the problem. He just last week returned and did some caulking in another area for no-charge.

I have used them twice. He was efficient. I thought that he did a good job and that the price was fair.

Don Jordan came out, was punctual and gave good advice about how to proceed on job. I chose not to go with his services because he would only do the work if I had him do the deck work. He would do it for the insurance companys price, but only if I had him do everything at one time, mentioning that doing three trades (roof, siding, and deck) allowed him to charge more on overhead to the insurance company... I did not feel that I needed to have the deck work done at this time, and was not considering it as part of this job. Very good advice, appeared to know what he is talking about and seemed eager to do job, just did not feel I needed to be pressured to have work done that I didn't want in order to have my roof replaced.

He did great work at a great price.The work turned our really well. He was punctual, communicated well with us and made sure we were happy with the work.

They did what they said they were going to do. They replaced a fan that was giving trouble. They gave me an accurate estimate for the problem with the roof. The price was a bit higher.

He was great and had good communication. It was top quality work. They were on time and very professional. We will definitely use them again. They were not the most expensive; they were right in there.

I had some leakage around my chimney and decided to have the entire roof replaced. I felt Jordan Roofing was great to work with and did a good job overall. I received a bid that was cheaper than theirs, but felt more confident in going with them.

They did a great job, and Don was always friendly and available for questions and concerns. The yard was cleaned up after completion, and we are very satisfied with the quality and appearance of our new roof. We would definitely recommend and use Jordan Roofing for future projects.

Don was able to fit us in very quickly and gave us very honest feedback on what our options were for the repair and what the costs would be. He was able to get to the repairs a lot faster than I expected, considering it wasn't a large job.

The work was great. He seemed to know what he was doing, and it worked out fine. He was knowledgeable and was not pushy or anything. He did not try to talk me into doing the whole roof. I asked him for an estimate on both, and he was willing to do that. His estimate was under everybody else’s. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

I came home from vacation to find some shingles blown off the roof. I looked over Angie's List to get some estimates. After talking to Don at Jordan Roofing, I decided to have them do the repair. Don said they would be over to do the repairs the next day and would call first. I received a call at 10:45AM and a whole crew showed up promptly by 11:00. Not only did Jordan replace the missing shingles, but the crew walked all over my roof chaulking, fixing nail pops and nailing down a few areas that were lifted. I was impressed by Don and his crew. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Although I should not need a new roof for 5-7 years, and I hope no other issue comes up where I need a roofer, but when I do, I will be contacting Jordan Roofing. I am very satisfied with the work and quality of work provided to me by Jordan Roofing.

Great. We had three quotes and several contractors who did not bother to return our calls or at least, not timely. Jordan Roofing responded immediately and with enthusiasm and much appreciation for the work. My husband is a contractor and I immediately look forward to dealing with a company that actually wants to work for me. They had a couple of weather related delays, but they called to keep me informed. On the work day the men were on time, polite and efficient. They did beautiful work and fixed issues the original gutter installers left unchecked. The result is a straighter, much more attractive gutter that has worked perfectly through the storms of the past 30 days. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh - and their quote was much less than the other two estimates. It is so nice to find great quality, honest workers and the best price - thanks guys!!

He was 15 minutes early and that was impressive. The estimate was $500. He was very professional and made some suggestions and listened to our suggestions. We were happy with him. I thought it was impressive that he listened to us. It took a week to have him come out for the estimate.

I phoned Jordan Roofing on Thurday afternoon, Feb 3rd, 2011 because I had a waterfall in my garage coming from the roof and, at the time, was unsure as to what was causing it. After I secured buckets in my attic to stop the main flow of water I found their company on Angies list. The combination of good remarks, not being far from my home, and listed as 24 hour emergency service I felt confident I would be able to speak with someone soon. Its been 24 hours since I had to leave a voicemail on their system and still have not heard back. Of course in the mean time I have researched on my own, and heard on news reports that gazillions of people are having the same problem with ice buildup on the roof and melting problems its causing. I'm really only leaving this because I was really expecting a call back to acknowledge my dilemma and it sounds like they could have explained on the phone what was happening, especially after being listed at 24 hour service. I ended up phoning another company listed, who wasnt categorized as 24 hour, but were still answering their phones after hours because so many people were calling. They put my mind at ease that what I was doing was the correct procedure and scheduled appt to come out within a couple days. I even received a follow call from the second company Friday morning. I basically wanted my call acknowledged and some guidance from Jordan and was a little disappointed in their lack of response after viewing their reports.

Don was very prompt in his reply to my call and was easy to reach when I needed to speak with him. He provided a range of options, price points and shingle styles/colors. The crew worked into the dark with lights. They cleaned up after the roof was finished. Don made it clear that if there were any problems to let him know and he would take care of them; he stated from the first that he stands by his work and will guarantee our satisfaction. The price was significant, but I think due to the complexity of our roof (many peaks, 2 half circles, very high) it was reasonable. I recommended him to my daughter and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

It really was a great experience. They put up with us for around a year while we figured out the financial aspect of everything. After interviewing 6 contractors in the area, Jordan was the 2nd cheapest with some of of the estimates being as high as $26,000. When it finally came time to have them do the work, they were very thorough and did a good job. Don, the owner, was on site regularly to make sure everything was on track. It was a big job with a high roof and relatively steep pitch. They still managed to get it done in 2.5 days. The workers worked hard and appear to have done a great job. The cleanup was also spectacular despite the landscape being nothing to gawk at admirably. The roof looks great. The gutters look great. It was money well spent and we will be happy to do business with them in the future.

This was as pleasant an experience as a major home project can be. The owner was extremely professional and communicated every step of the way. The work was done when it was supposed to be done and was done to beyond my expectations. The clean up (or lack thereof) after a roofing job is one of my huge issues and Jordan's crew did an amazing job. They even left a pack of shingles for any future needs. Can not recommend them highly enough!

We had hail damage and they replaced the roof for us. His pricing was fair. They did the job in two days. They cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend him to anyone.

Don showed up a few minutes early for my estimate. He walked and inspected the roof and told me the price and that he could repair it right then if I wanted. I was happy with the estimate and said go ahead. He asked if I had extra shingles, I said no so he went and bought a bundle. While he was on the roof he noticed many nail pops (about 30 or 40) and said he'd go ahead and get those fixed also. 1.5 hours later he was finished and he left the remaining unused shingles incase I needed them later. A quick and complete clean up, A sincere Thank You, and he was on his way. What a great experience. I will definately call him if I need work done again. You don't find this kind of customer service around any more.

Great experience. Work was completed within two weeks of initial estimate. I highly recommend their work, very professional and they only recommended the work that needed to be completed to fix the problem, did not try to over sell me which I greatly appreciate.

Mr. Jordan''s crew did a great job. They were able to finish the work in 2 days and left my yard tidied up and in good shape.

Jordon Roofing was recommended to me by another roofer on Angie's List that could not do my job because of his workload. I contacted Don Jordon and he came out quickly to look at what had to be done to repair my roof leak. He then provided a quote and, upon my approval, did the work in a timely fashion.

I received several estimates which they were on par with. They were prompt and courtesous to work with. They were very knowledgeable about flat roofs which was impoartant to me.
