We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Joan's Team. This was definitely a group effort, and everyone we dealt with was top-notch. Joan oversaw the entire process and was involved with our initial meeting with Will to learn about us and our wants and desires for our first home. She was with us at our final walkthrough of the home, and sat on our side at the closing table as well. Will showed us homes all over the northwest side of Indy where we were looking to purchase, and shared his knowledge with us about the different areas and things to watch out for. He helped us write our initial offer after we had selected a home, and our counter-offers, eventually getting us to an accepted offer on the home we wanted. Will also sat in at the closing table with us. Henry was in charge of the time between the accepted offer and closing, and helped us deal with inspections and repairs. The entire team was friendly and knowledgable every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better first-time home-buying experience than what we received with Joan's Team. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their first home.

The experience was delightful! We love, Love, LOVE the Lonnemanns. They were so friendly and easy going it was like working with our favorite aunt, uncle, & cousin. We tend to see them around town and they always ask about our home. Don't be surprised if they ask you to lunch, they like to make sure you are well taken care of. This was all new to us so we were a bit nervous, however they made it so easy and seamless. On the day of our closing there was an abandoned car on the lot and the garage was locked. Our Lonnemann team member demanded it all be removed and it was gone within a few hours. We needed to close that day and they did everything in their power to make sure it went smoothly. Again, it felt as if I had a favorite family member watching over us and making sure we were taken care of. We recommend them to everyone that is buying a new home/property. We love to see them in business meetings (at local places) and gush over how much we love them.

Great job. No hick-ups. Really is a team effort with different areas handled by specific team members. I have to think it would be harder for a single agent to do this good of a job without a good support system. House sold on the 91st day on market. Interestingly one day after the federal tax credit program ended. Good ideas. Joan said what they would do and her team performed like she said. I can't ask for more than that.
