Jen did a great job and helped us sell our house in a very tough market. She also helped us through some lengthy negotiations on the purchase of our new house, and it was always clear she was working diligently to get us the best deal possible. We had one offer fall through and Jen remained optimistic, working with us to close on another offer a month or so later. We really appreciated Jen's knowledge, diligence, and responsiveness, and would definitely work with her again and recommend her to others in the future.

Jen was terrific. We wanted a home in Zionsville, and she took us to see every one on the market in our price range. We weren't finding what we were looking for, so we expanded our search and increased our price range. Even though we were willing to spend more, Jen continued to send us lower priced listings in Zionsville to ensure we knew all of our options. We viewed at least 30 houses, and she never lost her patience or pressured us. She pointed out situations where she thought the investment might not be wise (undesirable lots, fewer home features, etc.). When we narrowed our choices to two homes, she was the perfect person to have in our corner. She asked the sellers for everything they could possibly give us, beyond what we had thought to ask for. We chose to buy from the seller most willing to accept our offer, and we feel we have made a wise investment in a great West Carmel home. Jen was protective of our best interests and working with her was always fun.

Joy is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She was on-time, and willing to spend additional time explaining the different processes to us and walk us through a HUD closing step by step.
