+ -1 moreJEFF HOWARD WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE CALLED INITIALLY AND ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS TO EXPLAIN A FEW MINOR THINGS THAT MIGHT BE WRONG VIA THE PHONE. WE TRIED A FEW THINGS AND WHEN IT WAS APPARENT THAT THIS WAS NOT A SIMPLE SOLUTION, HE CAME OUT AND FIXED THE NEXT DAY. THEY DID STAND BEHIND THE WORK AND WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE THAT.
Description of Work: THE HOUSE IS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD AND WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH WATER DRAINING THROUGH THE TUBES TO THE SUMP, WATER FROM THE UNIT WAS NOT DRAINING PROPERLY.

Description of Work: THIS WAS A SUBCONTRACTOR THAT THE BUILDER USED TO BUILD OUR HOME. HE DID THE HEATING AND COOLING FOR OUR HOME, AS WELL AS THE VENTS FOR BATH FANS AND STOVE. WE HAVE HAD VENTS THAT DO NOT BLOW OUT ANY HEAT, AND I CONTACTED HIM IN LATE NOVEMBER. HE SET UP A TIME TO COME OUT AND NEVER SHOWED UP. SINCE, WE HAVE TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH HIM BY USING HIS PAGER NUMBER (THAT IS THE ONLY NUMBER THAT THE BUILDER SUPPLIED US) WE HAVE TRIED TO PAGE 20-25 TIMES. NO RETURN CALLS. FINALLY, BUILDER DID GET HIM TO CALL. HE CALLED MY HUSBAND AT WORK AND SAID THAT HIS PAGER WAS BROKEN?? I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. HE ALSO SAID THE HEAT VENT PROBLEM WAS SIMPLE TO FIX. IF IT IS SO SIMPLE WHY DID HE NOT TELL ME THIS IN NOVEMBER AND COME BY. HE IS TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT BY CALLING ME NEXT WEEK, WE WILL SEE.

Description of Work: JEFF IS THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS FIELD THAT I WOULD TRUST TO CLEAN MY FURNACE AND A/C. HE ALSO REPLACED MY ANCIENT A/C A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. I CAN''T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT HIM. I TRUST HIM COMPLETELY AS HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, PUNCTUAL, AND PROFESSIONAL.
