Description of Work: They do the service on our gas furnace. They have also replaced our heat pumps, in the past.

+ -1 moreHe was a nice guy but he was just so busy and he did not get back to me in a timely fashion. I really liked him and probably would have used him, but I found another supplier that I chose over him. I have no complains with him, it's just that he was so busy and he couldn't get back in timely fashion. I would give him a B on responsiveness. He tried to be responsive but he was out of town. He showed up when he said he would. He was an okay kind of guy. I potentially would consider him for a bid in future.
Description of Work: I got a quote from H C Climate Control Inc in February. He quoted me $7000 to replace the furnace.

Description of Work: Half-yearly maintenance call. Technician, Gary, was very polite, clean, and professional. He was able to solve a problem plaguing us all summer and fall and did it quickly and proficiently.

+ -1 moreTHEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $300 FOR AN ESTIMATE ALONE. GENERALLY ESTIMATES ARE FREE BUT I SENT THEM A CHECK FOR $110 DUE TO THEIR TRAVEL TIME. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO PUT A MECHANICS LIEN ON MY PROPERTY. THEY HAVE NOT CASHED MY CHECK NEITHER HAVE THEY RETURNED IT TO ME, THEN THEY SENT ME LETTER REFUSING MY COMPROMISE.
