after i finally figured out the where i wanted to live, it was pretty easy from there. she found the places, we looked, found the perfect place, i bought.

GB Landrigan and one of his realtors, Gretchen Witt listed my home and helped with my lengthy search for a new property. I couldn't have asked for more helpful, patient and understanding folks to work with. I was going through some challenging family issues at the time my house was listed and multiple, almost daily showings, became challenging. From helping me "re-decorate" to moving furniture, to even taking my dogs for a walk during a showing so I didn't have to sprint home from work for an hour, these guys were unbelievable. I never for a second felt like I was "just" selling a tiny Broad Ripple bungalow, they treated me like I was selling a Meridian Street mansion. There is not enough room to cover how helpful, supportive, and productive they both were. My house sold, and they fully supported my stubborn pursuit of the perfect house in my desired neighborhood until we had success. I can't recommend them enough.

GB is a well educated professional that together with his warm sense of humor and kind demeanor made this a very pleasant experience. He stuck with them all the way as he eased their fears concerning this big step in their lives. He was truly working for them as he made sure every details was outlined in the contract. He negotiated a very good price and recommended important details to include within the contract. He demonstrated such exceptional ability that we recommended him to a friend who called him immediately. GB began to work with her on tips for staging her home. It was on the market for ten days and sold for much more than she expected as an offer was accepted after the first open house! He is still working with our daughter on a couple of minor issues with the previous owners. He sticks with his clients. This man is truly five stars!!!!!
