Factory Direct

Referred to Factory Direct from a family friend who had a good experience with them last year. I already had two quotes in hand from other local companies. Their ad stated they could beat any other company’s quotes, so I called them and to my surprise they did. I got the same exact window that another company offered, which I did like, and I was able to save $3,900 dollars. On top of saving almost 4K, my windows ended up being installed 6 weeks sooner than what the other company said they could do. Installers were great, no debris left behind. Very pleased with how well they cleaned up and left the property in perfect condition.

Reasonable price, full window replacement (15). Long delay on manufacturing but Factory Direct kept me informed through ever step. Workmen we’re professional and efficient. One of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. Saved me thousands over other bids with top quality results.

I had a ton of questions, and he explained everything thoroughly. The installation of my new windows went perfectly, and I was happy to hear from them a week later when they checked in with me to make sure I was loving my new windows and to see if I had any last questions. Excellent customer service.

Our new windows are nice, but what I liked most was that they beat my best window quote by $3,800 for the same windows and options from another window company.

We can definitely tell the difference with the new energy-efficient windows installed a few days ago. I thought my furnace was broken last night when I went to bed. They did a very good job, except that they were a little careless, they got glue on the floor and stained my garage. They were also very honest and nice people. always on time.
