 + -1 moreDennie was very professional and timely in making an appointment to come give me an estimate. He showed up on time and was able to give me an estimate on the spot. His estimate was very reasonable and almost half of what some other estimates were. He gave us an honest up front estimate (when contacting other companies to let them know I went with Dennie to do the work they offered to lower there price substantially). It was nice to have someone give a reasonable estimate without negotiating. When his employees showed up to do the work they were also very professional and hard working. They cleaned up everyday and were respectful of the apartment. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied. Dennie checked up on the work and made sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. I Plan on using there services again in the future.
Description of Work: I contacted Dennie the owner about getting a quote for doing some finishing work on drywall for an apartment unit I own.

 + -1 moreWhen he came to give me an estimate, he measures carefully and also checked the ceiling for insultation. He was willing to use some of the insulation I had left from a previous job. He discussed with me how the shelving should be arranged. He had a worker come to put up the insulation and hang the drywall but he was here to check on things. Then he came and actually put up the shelving and a board for hanging garden tools. He actually hung up the tools and put things on the shelves. They left the garage clean when they finished.
Description of Work: They insulated and drywalled my garage and built sstorage shelves and hangers for tools.
