They have been an essential part of my basement staying dry and mold free for several years now.

We discovered a water leak in our basement when doing renovations last year. After meeting with multiple companies to discuss possible resolutions, we settled on Everdry. They gave us by far the best value for the money when we factored in both the completeness of the resolution and the corresponding lifetime warranty against any future water-related issues. The process was explained to us in great detail up front, the crew who did the work was polite and fast, and the company has been very quick to respond to a couple of minor issues we've had since the initial work was completed. There's really no way around the initial shock and disappointment that goes along with finding out you have water damage in your home, but I can say that the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're protected from any such damage in the future makes the investment feel well worth it.

Everdry came out and took care of installing in inner drain system inside my basement as well as one outside my basement walls, sealed the walls of my basement to prevent damage, and made sure everything was level and clean before they left. They were quick and efficient, and I appreciate the guarantee that is on their work for the life of the home, it gives confidence that they stand by their work and I would choose them again.

They pay $25 for 5 star reviews (or more specifically, take $25 off your warranty renewal) . Aside from the less than stellar interactions with some employees, I can't trust a company that buys reviews. So far, the water issue is resolved. Our salesman was a very cool person (3 years ago do not remember his name) , Gwen in customer service is great.

We had our basement waterproofed several years ago and we don't regret it! It's been a huge relief to us to have a dry basement; we no longer worry about it every time it rains. The warranty has been awesome too - the standard positioning of the dry well ended up making water still kick back cyclically into the system, making the pump run endlessly even when it wasn't raining. But, Everdry helped us address this by taking the drywell further out into our yard. Our issues of the last 7 years have been helped tremendously! Also, I am so pleased with the customer service. It's so refreshing these days to call a business and get a PERSON on the phone instead of a system. Thanks Everdry!

I recently purchased a home with Everydry waterproofing in the basement and it has been a great experience so far! The best thing about their work is that the warranty is transferred, so I received it from the seller and the yearly renewal for warranty is very low. They came out and did an inspection when I requested one and the technician explained all about the system I have and what to look for. They are quick to respond, and the fact that repairs are covered is big relief for a first time home owner.

Several years ago, we had EverDry come out because we had water in our crawlspace, no perimeter drain, and I even think some tree roots down there. EverDry remedied everything and we have had no problems since. I trust this company and would highly recommend them.

The crew completed the project in a timely, professional manner. A few months later, after substantial rainfall, an accumulation developed. We called Everdry and they sent a crew out to locate the source of the water infiltration. A service crew was then scheduled who came out to resolve the issue, with no additional cost and no further issues!
