Everdry Waterproofing repaired leaks in the basement with a lifetime warranty. At our request, they had to return once carpet was removed to complete the work. We were satisfied with the service provided.

I had contacted another company to help me with my water problem but they never contacted me. EverDry called me within 5 minutes of my post for help. The crew was prompt in their arrival each day and worked continuously even in the rain. the lead man was very clear in explaining what was to occur and several times problems occurred but he carefully went over the plan with me so I knew what needed to happen. The crew was very polite and professional and worked as team helping each other. I was impressed. I am redoing my deck at the same time the waterproofing was happening so my contractor and Jesus worked out a plan for my new concrete and the drain. Several workers told me they would clean up the dirt area where the had dug but I had to tell them not to worry about it because we would be digging again to put in new cement and sidewalks. They had so much work to do i thought it might take longer than three days but, true to their word, they finished as promised just in time for the sidewalk and cement patio work to begin. They were on time for the work. Some items were changed from original estimate but no extra charges. They have come out twice to fix battery problem and once for a exterior drain. Were very prompt on the service calls. Frankfort In

After work was completed it looked awful and like it was slapped together and additionally they would not return my call to speak with the salesman that assisted me with the project. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Due to a bad grade on my property, when it Rained hard water would pool in the yard.if it was a really hard downpour water would seep in through the foundation and run into the attached garage and soak everything. I dreaded seeing it rain. Would run to the garage and put blankets and rugs down to caught the water. The last straw was when I got new carpet for my family room. I have a tri level so it is below ground level some what. Had had water seep in there before but nothing like the garage area. We had had several days of continuous heavy rain and it came flooding in my family room and soaking the carpet I just had installed a few months prior. I got EVERDRYS number . Called them. They came out and dug around the perimeter of the house, sealed and put pipe down. Have not had a problem since and that has been 5 years. I donâ t mind the rain nearly as much as I used to D.S. Always a skeptical buyer, I intentionally waited to write this review because I had yet to see the solution I purchased, perform. That said, I had been plagued by water issues in one of my homes and called EverDry to address the matter. The EverDry team came in and knocked out the project quickly and as promised. I’d hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Basement and crawlspace were both completely done. After several estimates from competitors, we went with Everdry because of the scope of work offered to correct the water issues we were having in crawl space and basement. This company had real solutions to solve standing water, cracks in basement floor, and long time water damage to foundation walls. Other companies only offered a short term bandaid but a 90 year old craftsman home needed Everdry's MULY-STEP program. Their sales rep, Jeremy, was professional, on time for appointment,wealth of knowledge, was not high pressure, and easy to reach for further concerns. The on site crew was on time each day, polite, respectful of my property, and everyone worked hard the entire shift. Each seemed to know his role. The manager, Jose', kept me informed on progress of the day and plan for the next day. He took great pride in his work. They did a terrific cleanup also. Highly recommend.

The installation crew was extremely timely and helpful. Jesus walked me through everything before and after the project began. They were respectful of the property and clean. They also ensured any questions I had were answered.
