Description of Work: No BBB registration and want 100% up front without ever giving a solid quote. Claimed subcontractors were bonded but balked when asked for verification and clarification as to which subcontractor, they were still unclear. I felt awkward and unwilling to even get a formal quote. Nice enough staff but concerns were legitimate and problematic.
