Description of Work: I tried 4 people to help with my gas fireplace before coming across Chimney Solutions. Chris Cox came promptly at the right time, with a helpful phone call giving me 10 minutes heads up. He came in professionally respectful of the environment, made a quick diagnosis of my gas fireplace and effectively solved the problem and charged me nothing for his very valuable time. He also inspected my other fireplaces for safety. Roof recommendations were made due to some shingle problems that I would have never seen without his careful roof inspection, work that he would not benefit from but he gladly gave me the names of a few roofers. Thank you Chris for your professionalism and hard work! I would definitely use Chris in the future for all my fireplace needs.
