The custom work was perfect. The installer was competent and professional. Cost was a little high but it was custom so that's understandable.

The new door is beautiful. Champion offered enough colors to match my home perfectly. The glass itself is triple insulated. The door is no longer a source of cold in the room because the glass itself is triple insulated (low-E gas) and the installer fit the door properly to seal out breezes. The door has a good locking system for security. The installer was prompt and worked well. He cleaned up the area and hauled the old door away. After a couple of weeks I had a problem with the door sticking when it rolled. I called Champion. A service technician showed up the next day and swapped out the roller assembly for a new part. It has worked perfectly since then. The door has a good warranty and is backed by good service. I would buy more products from Champion and I recommend them to my friends.

The crew was friendly, neat, and very professional. They were in and out quickly and the job was done well. We are very happy with our three season room.

We were very satisfied with them as they worked within our budget. They gave us multiple options within our budget to choose from. The office staff returned calls promptly if we had questions. Once they were able to start the project it went quickly. They handled all the permits and we weren't required to do anything. We needed to make minor changes and they were able to do it without additional cost. If you are considering adding a sunroom make sure you think through the utility situation outside. The sunroom was added where our outside water faucet was and we had to move it.

They did an excellent job. We shopped several companies and they were the most reasonable in price the house turned out looking like we thought it would and the employees were great.

The have excellent service. We love the windows. The technician came at 8 in the morning and was done by 3 pm. He didn't take any breaks and did a wonderful job!

It was raining on originally scheduled day. The installed called that morning to see if we wanted to re-schedule. We did, for the next day. He was here on time and did a quick and excellent job. Left job site spotless.

From the initial home visit to the completed job they were all professional, patient with me and my inability to make decisions.

It was wonderful. We really like Champion Windows. We are scheduled to have 4 more windows put in soon. We had a problem with one of the windows after about 5 years and with no question they came and replaced a huge window. It was very nice to work with a company that lives up to the warranty.

They are predatory and gouging in their price structure. When you challenge them on it, they'll start dropping their prices by half but they are still $3,000 or $4,000 dollars above a similarly priced window installed in a similarly timely manner. Their estimates ranged from $4,200 to $12,500. Champion gave a very good presentation but they are extremely high priced. Their presentation was excellent but they get you with the high price. They highball you then when you challenge them they come down but they are still higher than another contractor for a similar window. I never called them back. I am in sales, if you don't shop around they got you by the cojones.

I like their unlimited warranty. If something happens, they come right out and fix it. I have never had any problems with them coming out.

We had our windows done by Champion and was really happy with the service. So when it came time to do the siding we chose to go with Champion again due to past experience with the windows, even though their price was higher than other estimates. The job seemed to be a relatively small one, but took several weeks to complete. The workers spent most of the day sitting in their truck. Once it was finally complete we identified several issues with the job. They came back out and fixed some of them. Since drug on for several months of calling them with the issues that we spotted, some of them issues that they had come out to look at before. We took pictures of everything to log all of our complaints. We were told that when replacing the fascia any wood that needed to be replaced would be, before being covered up by vinyl. This was done in the front of the house, but not in the back. This was one issue that we had them come back out for several times. On one of the trips out that just laughed and said that was not part of the job. What since does it make to put vinyl over wood that needs replaced? A few months ago we had our doors replaced by another company. The first thing they asked about was who jacked up our siding so bad. He pulled off two layers of vinyl over one of the doors. When we complained about the application of the initial job they just covered it up with another layer that wasnt any better. The door contractor was able to remove one layer and replace the second one and look 100 times better. Then we had a few roofing contractors out to get estimates on the roof, they had the same question of who messed up our siding. Both of them identified several other issues that we did not know to look for. When attempting to get this items addressed we got no response after the first calls back out to the house. Very dissatisfied with the price to quality ratio that we received. Expected much more than what we received. I tell everyone that I know that is looking to replace siding to avoid champion. Even though my experience with the windows were positive the experience with the siding has been so horrible that I would not recommend Champion at all. Because when it comes down to it, this is more of a customer service issue. This is just a start of the complaint. The above is the main portion story. The following is just a list: Not cleaning up after themselves (small, sharp pieces of aluminum left in backyard where dogs could get cut on) Not replacing the things that we were told would be replaced Horrible caulking, even admitted to by supervisor Used glue to try to hide mistakes Poor cuts in siding, do not line up Gaps in siding Bubbling and bowing, before they left job site Incorrectly measured cuts covered up with caulking Hiding first mistakes with second layer Contractor calling the house at 9 - 10 PM Detail work is horrible Big gaps in siding (will cause future problems) Supervisor disrespectful (especially when talking with the woman of the household) Was told they could not assist us further with our issues, when not everything had been addressed The main office in Indy was very rude when placing our calls Would not let us know who the next person we should talk to about our issues not being addressed
