Initial appt came prepared with bait. Explained process, came promptly, & it has worked. Will follow up in a couple weeks.

Chadwick came out to my residents on January 16, 2019 to spray for bed bugs . when they arrivied and i answerwd my door he isntantly shoved his licence card in my face showing me . then came in and used my water to mix the bug soultion . left my bed tore apart and furniture .when he was done gave me a recipet said that he would come back in the next 30 days if i was or got bit . so i called him .he said he would be back out onFriday the 25of January.he was a no show and said ill be out on Saturday the26 between 11-12 then said he gave me a big disount um his price was$285 so i paid $200 not a big discount . then said hed be here saturday the 26 of January between1-3pm HE's a NO SHOW ! and i still have bugs ! he was very rude to me .because i live in Anderson

Got rid of the bugs, but unprofessional in dress and appearance. Nice enough guys.

Had raccoons in chimney, Steve stated nothing was in the chimney, replaced cap on chimney stating raccoons would try to return. He actually made the problem worse, as the raccoons were in the chimney, replacing the cap trapped them in. Hired another expert and three raccoons were in the chimney. A waste of money, as this company did not have the means to take care of this problem and made me feel like I did not know what I was stating was the obvious: there were raccoons in my chimney, I heard them, he stated nothing was in there. Waste of money and would not recommend for wildlife removal, he is not an expert in this type of service.

Chadwick is responsive, came quickly, and did a great job. Recommend highly.

He used poison worms to eliminate moles. He killed them, but others came back before long.

I had a very difficult project. Yellow jacks. Very large hive. Stephan came out twice in less than a week and will follow up in two weeks. I will use again if needed.

I did not want to be tied down with a 'service contract' as such, but was more interested in independent providers. Steve was available, very generous with time, schedule and easy to work with. I've moved since I last time he came, but if/when I need help, believe he'll be there to help!
