Brown's Flooring

We have purchased carpet and then flooring for our bathroom. I absolutely love they guy who came out and did our bathroom! The two guys who came to install our carpet were excellent also. Their prices were very reasonable and they do great work. They were very respectful of our home while here. In the kitchen there were some specific things that I wanted done (tear off, etc.) but they didn't actually need done. The guy who worked on that floor is so knowledgeable and is a true craftsman.

They were very professional in the store and at my home. I felt like I got good customer service and a reasonable price. The product was ordered and delivered in a very timely manner. The installation was done very well.

They were excellent and on time. The owner came out and did a quote that day and workers came out next day. It took 2 days to complete which is how long they said it would take. Overall a great experience.

The entire process went very well. I called Brown's because of their rating in Angie's List and was not disappointed.

They were good. They put in new tile in the bathroom. They also replaced my old toilets with new toilets

From the moment we walked into the shop we felt very comfortable. Selection of product was excellent and we received great guidance on things to consider. Scheduling was no problem and installation was equally smooth and trouble free - exactly what we wanted. Everything went so well that there is not much else to say. We will use Brown's again when we replace more of our flooring.

It was as smooth as silk. The guys were right on time and very up front about everything. They did a great job with the installation!

They had to take out my carpeting and then install the laminate. The men were very good at their job. They were careful,courteus, and very professional. The carpeting was removed and by noon they were putting down the flooring. The job took three days and the end result was amazing. It turned out to be even more beautiful than I thought. I am very satisfied with this job and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The quality of the work is great. They prices are great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Janice was wonderfully patient with us in their well stocked showroom, and most helpful to us in the selection process. Bob measured at our home and was very complete in answering questions. Charles did a very professional job installing the carpets in two bedrooms and satisfied all our requested needs. There was a small problem with a door hardware we noticed later, but Charles showed up quickly to take care of it fully. Wonderful company, products, and people. Carpets look great!

Husband called Brown's, set up a time to take in carpeting, and they called in about a week to say it was done and ready to be picked up. Simple.

This is the fourth time we have used Brown's Flooring in our home (2 vinyl floors and 2 carpet installations.) We continue to be pleased with their expertise, professionalism, and courtesy. The installer, Ken, is superb. He is a perfectionist, detail oriented, friendly, and I trust him to do a perfect job. I will continue to use Brown's Flooring for our flooring needs. We have been very satisfied.

I think this company is awesome. This is the third time I've had them back in to replace carpeting. Previously they did my basement and stairs, as well as the second floor landing area. Bob Workman measured my rooms. Janice showed me a variety of carpet styles. She pointed out what she had on sale. And, Janice scheduled the same installer I had been very satisfied with twice before. I highly recommend this company!

I would give them A's all the way across the board. The service and the craftsmanship were excellent and I would use them again in the future.

In the store, Janice was very helpful and patient with us, as we spent over an hour trying to determine what we liked best. She let us take samples home to see how they looked. We eventually settled on Quickset Rustique laminate flooring. The owner, Bob Workman, visited our home to measure and offer more great advice. The installer, Ken, did a fantastic job. He paid great attention to detail, and showed great craftsmanship in completing the work. We will definitely call Brown's Flooring again for our next flooring job.

They were accurate and fair in their estimates and professional and complete in the work. We were very pleased with both jobs. We would definitely use them again

Brown's was courteous and professional and helped me pick out a carpeting that I love and is easy to care for. They also got the flooring that I wanted and it looks really good. The workers were courteous and helpful and professional.

They were phenomenal! We were referred to them by a family member that used them previously. Bob came out and provided a great quote so we scheduled the work. The crew that came out to do the job were punctual and professional. We did run into an issue due to no fault of their own - the carpet we picked would not allow the door to the outside to come open, but they were very quick about finding a solution would work. We were so impressed with them that we are considering them for more work in our kitchen as well.

I have had carpet put down before and it was wrinkled and terrible. They could tell that my carpet had just been put down and they commented on the quality of the job. The people who laid the carpet before didn't stretch it properly and it was bunching up under the furntiure legs. I had Brown's re-lay all of my carpet and they did an exceptional job.

The owner came out and gave us a free estimate, and threw in an extra piece of carpet (9' x 10') for the family room (which was vinyl flooring). Price was good and they said they could get the carpet in from Georgia in two days, which they did. This was remarkable and we are very appreciative of this due to our tight time frame. Charles + his son came out to install the carpet. They did an excellent job every step of the way. In removing existing carpet he found a damp area with some mold underneath, which caused a halt in the installation process until we had it fixed. He then came back several days later and finished up the job. He was very courteous and helpful and understanding. I have read some not so kind reviews about carpet installers, and I can honestly say Charles was great. I would highly recommend Brown flooring for their excellent service, attention to detail, caring about their customers, and outstanding installation crew. Thanks guys!

Bob Workman was in Brown's store when we visited it. He was very helpful in explaining what was available consistent with our desires. He provided answers to questions on the installation force. Charles and JR were the installers and they were great! We had recently had painting done and the shoe molding was caulked into the wall molding. They took up the shoe molding to remove the old carpet and had to re-apply the shoe molding and re-caulk it and paint if with paint I had from the recent paint job. They moved existing furniture, removed the old carpet and installed the new, and finally re-installed the new carpet. The carpet was cut to measure in our garage and carried into the house to the room where it was needed. They did not abrade any walls in carrying the carpet.

We had used this company before to install kitchen floor covering and they did a great job. WHen we needed new carpet we went to their showroom. The help there was wonderful. They talked us out of a choice of mine which we would have regrettd and advised us on what would work best. Mr. Workman came to our home and measured the area and gave us a reasonable quote. His workers were very professional, did a marvelous job, The entire experience was a pleasure.

It was a pretty simple job, done well. The woman at the store was very helpful when I was selecting the type of carpet and was very knowledgeable about the features of the various types. The installers were quick, efficient, and did not leave any mess. It has been several months and I am still extremely satisfied with the results.

Bob is wonderful. He came out to our house a couple of weeks ahead of time to measure and give us a quote. This is the second time we have used Brown's flooring for carpeting our home. We had some work done on our home while we were out of state for a surgery I had to have done. Brown's flooring came in and laid the carpet while we were gone so that everything would be ready for me when I came home to recover from surgery. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturer defect in the carpet, but Bob had them go ahead and lay it so that I would at least have carpet in the bedroom when I came back from my surgery. I'm grateful he did that as it wasn't until several weeks later that I felt like having them back in my house to have the room re-carpeted. He reported the problem to the manufacturer right away so that they would receive the replacement for me to have redone when I felt better. I didn't even know all of this until we got home from out of state from my surgery. I'm glad he took care of everything for us! This is a wonderful, small business that treats customers very well.

Bob Brown came out and was so nice and professional. He responded quickly with a quote, and when the flooring associates came out to install, they too were professional and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and when I am ready to replace my kitchen and bedroom flooring, I will definitely contact them.
