The company is very friendly and helpful. Dave explained things very well to me and I did not feel like they were taking advantage of me because I was a woman! I have happy with the service and plan to return there for future service. I work downtown and they are easy to get to and very prompt!

Thought my thermostat was going bad in my car and took it here since they're so close to where I work (IUPUI). They did replace the thermostat, did not suggest other services, which I really appreciate. Overall I think they did a good job and I would use them again.

They were great. Let me know I did not have to fix the leak immediately, they where honest and let me know to just add a little oil each time until I was able to make arrangements to get the car repaired. They are prompt, quick, and I have been very satisfied.

They are timely; I never had to leave my car there overnight because they get it done on the same day. They are also very convenient for me. They call me if they find any problem in the car. They are nice guys and I think they are pretty honest.

During a really bad snow storm I had a flat tire that almost fell off the rim. All Star Tire was the closest tire place that AAA would take me too. They weren't able to work on the car the first day due to the storm but as soon as they were able to get mechanics into the shop they started on my car right away. Since it's a 4WD vehicle it was recommended that I get all new tires. I actually had been planning to replace all the tires this summer anyway. I had bought the car the summer before and it had hubcap locks that I didn't have a key to. And they were still able to get the tires off and replace the tires. The only issue I have is they didn't reset my Tire Pressue Monitoring System correctly once they replaced the tires. Otherwise they did a great job and were very fast given the conditions. They also helped me set up a Bridgestone/Firestone credit card that would allow me to pay off the tires over 90 days since money was tight and the repair was unexpected.

I've had a couple very good experiences. One with work I had done in Buffalo, NY was not done properly and within a year later I had the exact same problem as before. All-Star fixed it with a higher quality part and since then, no problems. One other experience involved a problem that I had fixed that within a month of being fixed issues came back up. I sent it back to All-Star with no questions asked, they corrected the issue. They didn't charge and I haven't had a problem since. Finally, I sent my car in for a transmission problem they checked out but since they don't do transmissions they gave me advice as to where to fix it. Despite having the car at their shop for a while, they didn't charge me for looking at the car. In all, I highly trust the guys at All-Star. They tend to forget to call when the work is finished-but it is always finished on time. I love the fact I can drop my car off and they'll drive me to my Downtown work location and pick me up later on. Great for oil changes. I think they are a tad overpriced-but worth it. You are certainly not going to be ripped off but I assume you can probably find a lower price if you look hard enough. In the long run, peace of mind and the better parts make a huge difference.

It was a great experience. They diagnosed the problem correctly and they did the work quickly. There was really no waiting to get in. They were very friendly and capable.

I am always satisfied with their work and they are honest. They are reasonable in price and I take all my auto work to them. I tell everyone else to use them.

I showed up in the late afternoon on a weekday for an "on the spot" oil change. There were very few places to park on the lot, I was lucky I spotted one quickly. I was promptly given attention upon walking into the office. The man behind the counter (larger man) was very personable and friendly. I handed him my coupon and sat in the waiting area. This area was full of a variety of magazines, a small TV, and a water jug with cups. It was great to be in a business where they were glad I picked them over others and didn't even consider to take me for granted. I waited approximately 20 minutes and my car was ready. The man also took the time to answer a few questions I had and quoted a few prices for me. I noticed when I got back into my car, no paper had been laid down over my mat and there was a small greasy hand print on my door handle inside. Overall, VERY impressed with customer service. This is something many big-box stores forget. Car has been running nicely since. Highly recommend!

Wrong size tires were delivered from dealership. The guys at All Star called the dealer, got the right size tires delivered by the next day, installed and ready to roll within an hour. I could not ask for better service.

The estimate to replace the passenger side rear sensor was $450, I opted to hold off to get a second opinion. I paid an $80 diagnostic fee. Upon driving my car out of the lot, I noticed a couple more diagnostic lights were tripped on the dashboard. There was also a wire dangling out of the glove compartment. The service tech said he forgot to reset some stuff and immediately fixed the problems.

I called in advance to see if they carried the replacement tire I needed. They researched and promptly called me back on how long it would take them to order and have it shipped to them. Also gave me the total cost. After I agreed for them to move forward, they called when the tire had arrived. When I brought the vehicle in, I was able to wait in their lobby for the short while it took for them to replace the tire. Everyone was very friendly.

CAME IN AT 8AM FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD BE DONE BY NOON AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. WHEN I HEARD NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, I CALLED THEM AT 12:30 TO CHECK THE PROGRESS. THEY REPLIED THAT YES, THE WORK WAS DONE, BUT THEY WANTED TO RECOMMEND THAT I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $1300.00 WORK DONE ON THE CAR! THEY DO NOT SEEM VERY TRUSTWORTHY OR PROFESSIONAL.

THE TOWING CO RECOMMENDED ALL STAR. THE CAR STARTS NOW. HOWEVER WHEN I DISCOVERED THEY HAD AN AL DISCOUNT I WAS TOLD "WE ALREADY GAVE IT TO YOUR HUSBAND". NOW THAT I HAVE THE BILL I DONT SEE IT THERE. THE BILL INCLUDED TOWING. WHEN YOUR CAR DOES NOT START AND ITS SITTING AT THEIR GARAGE YOU DONT HAVE A LOT OF ROOM TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE.

THESE FOLKS WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY DROVE ME TO WORK AND PICKED ME UP WHEN THE CAR WAS READY.

TIRES, OIL CHANGE AND HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENT WERE DONE CORRECTLY. CARBURETOR ADJUSTMENT WAS FOR ROUGH IDLE WHICH WAS NOT CORRECTED ON INITIAL VISIT. FOLLOWUP WORK WAS DONE TO CORRECT PROBLEM AT NO COST. FREE DOWNTOWN SHUTTLE IS A PLUS.
