All star was amazing! I bought a Big Deal because I needed to get my oil changed before a short road trip. They were able to get me in that day. I dropped my car off at lunch, they offered to drive me back to work (ended up getting a ride with a friend). At the end of the day I was late leaving work and they were there waiting for me, despite the fact that I showed up after the shop had already closed. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was such a relief to find a convenient trustworthy auto repair shop!

I purchased the Angie's List store front for an oil change and tire rotation for my Honda Fit. I had a day off work the next day so I called to make an apt. They were completely flexible on times to come in. I dropped off my car and went to take my dog for a walk for an hour. They were fine with me bringing my dog in to check out and check in. I came back after an hour and my car was all ready to go. It was a basic service but everyone was very nice and responsive. They were easy to get into and accommodating. I am happy to have people I can trust with car issues in the future.

I called ahead to make sure they had time to work on my car and that I could use the coupon today. It was not a problem at all. They got me in as soon as I arrived. It took about 30-40 minutes. The staff were all friendly and professional.

On Friday I took my vehicle to All Star Tire because my alternator kept dimming my interior and headlights, the radio would go out then the battery would die. The only reason I went back to All Star Tire is they put the alternator on 2 years ago. I called ahead and was told it sound like the alternator based on what I described and the cost would be approximately $140 for labor to replace it. They claimed the alternator was good and my (2 yr old) battery was bad and it would cost $162 including parts and labor for a new battery. "My first thoughts were All Star Tire screwed me once again." Monday morning I had to go back to All Star Tire. This time they changed the alternator and tried to charge me $87 for labor again. I told the manager I was just there on Friday because of the alternator and they put a new battery in my vehicle instead, now you're charging me for labor again. He said oh in that case it'll be $47.25. Now I feel really screwed because I've paid over $200 for a battery that I didn't need. I started going to All Star Tire because of the convenience. I've been there at least 6 times and the last 3 times they screwed me real good. Never ever again.

They were awesome! I couldn't have been happier with this company. I actually had to leave town after I dropped my car off and they stayed in constant contact with me and even allowed me to leave the car a few additional days. They called to follow up with me a few weeks after I picked up my car to make sure things were working properly. Their staff was great to work with and I would definitely use them again!

Amanda at the front desk was great. She offered to have a technician drive me home while I waited to have my oil changed. Everything went smoothly, I will definitely use them for my future auto needs!

I was there in the morning and dropped off my car. The lady from the store dropped me off at mall. After about two hours, she picked me up and the car oil change & tire rotation was done. I will not be able to go back again because I don't work in downtown and this is not a store you can be in and out in forty five min. If they offer faster service time, I will certainly come back. The rate is awesome. I paid via Angie's account.

They are awesome. There is a reason they have so many great reviews on Angie's List. I honestly would have never known about them unless they ran this deal. They took me to work and completed the job by the time my lunch break rolled around. I had a question about the pricing and without even arguing or asking me any questions, the gentleman lowered the price. I wouldn't have necessarily tried to argue with him; I just wanted an explanation. However, I will take a discounted price! This just goes to show they want to make their customers happy. The price was more than reasonable and the customer service experience was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

I was very impressed with the courteous, prompt service that I received. They were nice enough to fix my windshield sprayers for me which was not a part of the Big Deal that I purchased. They also have a downtown shuttle service which is awesome. I will be returning for more auto service soon.

They were quick, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable. They drove me home after I dropped it off and it was ready in a few short hours. I will use them in the future for other car issues.

They got me in quick. They offer shuttle service, I didnt need to use it this time, but thought that was awesome. They were great. It was just an oil change, but based on the overall experience, I am sure this will be the place I use for future needs in regards to vehicle maintenance and repair.

All Star Tire and Auto Service is exceptional. I purchased a Buy Now deal from angieslist.com for $22 that included both an oil change and a tire rotation. When I arrived in the morning to drop my car off, they introduced me to the lady that was going to shuttle me to work while they service my vehicle. Everyone was very nice, even though it was 7:45 a.m. When my car was finished, they called me and let me know that the same lady would be back to pick me up. When I got back to All Star they processed the paper work very quickly, didn't ask me if they could do anything further on my car (I hate that) and handed me my keys. The company made the process so easy and quick. I will no doubt use their services again!

OUTSTANDING!! I called All Star on Monday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. My father and I had both done some research into Auto Service companies on Angie's List after I discovered that my front tires were wearing a little unevenly. Before I actually got around to getting the alignment done, I got brave and tried to recharge my own A/C. Didn't go well. WAY overcharged the system, and I was afraid I had damaged the compressor after the first cycle almost threw me through the windshield. I work in downtown Indy and the convenience factor was a huge plus since I could just walk a few blocks to my office. Dave greeted me warmly, we went through the issues, and he assured me it would be done by the end of business. It was! I gave my payment over the phone, and they locked my keys in the car in the parking lot for me to pick up after work. The paperwork included a breakdown of all of my suspension geometry, both before and after the service. For a car n*** like me, very cool.

When I called on 7/19, Dave was very friendly and answered the phone promptly. I appreciated that they were willing to see the car so quickly. The towing was a bit delayed due to police calls that take precedence, but All Star just said to bring it in when I could which in the end, worked out well for me! Everyone at the office was very friendly as well and I was happy that they didn't try to push other services. My car is 10 years old and I know it has paint issues in a few spots, and a muffler that's not great, but I know I won't have the car too much longer to invest in those other items. As I mentioned, the car was finished within an hour, AWESOME! I received the 5% Angie's discount as well. I will definitely visit All Star Tire & Auto Service in the future! Made my anxiety about car repairs go away! Thanks, All Star!

These guys took great care of me and my car. SInce I do work downtown, I dropped my car off during my linch period and they even offered to shuttle me back to work! Not many places I know that would do that. Everything worked out great and I was able to get my car after work. These guys are great and for anyone who works downtown Indy, Id recommend All star for all yoor auuto needs!

Their service was excellent and they were very attentive. They are located downtown and provide shuttle service which is a wonderful for those of us who work downtown. I thought their pricing was very fair and they were very honest in their assessment of the services needed to be performed and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. In fact, they even said I didn't have to do all that I had done at this time but I elected to do it anyway. I strongly recommend them.

I had a car towed to All Star, paid for an inspection. They were very helpful in my discovery process for this particular vehicle. I was quoted and charged the same amount.

i have taken my vehicles to all-star tires for several years. this particular visit my SUV stopped running on the way home from vacation. while i was able to arrange for my own tow back to indy, all-star tire was awesome when we arrived. we were able to unload it right into the garage. the next day i had a call from them telling me everything that was wrong with the vehicle, what the course of action was and what the high-end estimate was. i needed a new engine, so to say the the least, i knew it would be (a) pricey and (b) it would be in the shop for several days. while it was there, i had them take a look and fix a couple other items that needed attention. in the end, the price was spot on with the estimate. and the vehicle was finished in the time frame they had given me. chris and dave and the entire staff/mechanics at all-star tire are always pleasant and professional. as long as i work in the downtown area, i will be taking my vehicle to them and i will always recommend them to others.

It irked me that they charged me for an issue with the brakes that arose after the initial over-haul of my braking system. I would "maybe" use them again in the future if I needed to. However, they were actually pretty good overall.

Very efficient, professional, and courteous. I dropped my car off in the morning, and they had it ready by the time I got off work in the afternoon. Shuttle service very convenient, since I work downtown. I would use them again.
