All Star Tire & Auto Service

It went well. I used the big deal for the oil change and tire rotation. They provided a shuttle service to work and back again when they were done. They called after a few hours to check if I wanted additional repairs made.

After realizing that the screeching noise I kept hearing was coming from my own car, I scheduled an oil change and check up with All Star Tire. As it was a nice day for walking, I declined their courteous offer of a ride to my office. Amanda called after a couple of hours with an assessment of my car's problems and an estimate for service - oil change and new brakes/pads/etc for both front and back brakes. The work was performed to my satisfaction and my car was ready to drive home when I got off work. Everyone at ASTire is pleasant and professional, and I will continue taking my cars there for service and repair.

I was pleased with the service provided. This location is also very convenient if you work downtown and they offer a shuttle ride to your job. The only thing that went wrong was they were having a computer issue when I was trying to pay and I had to wait awhile. The guy working the register was kind of having a melt down and yelling at one of the workers.

Dropped it off in the morning on my way to work. They offered shuttle service to take me to my office but I chose to walk since it was so close. I walked back over and picked it up when I was ready to head home. I would have thought that the downtown location would have come with a premium price but it was very reasonable.

It was a good experience. I walked in without scheduling an appointment and they were able to get it done in a reasonable time frame while I waited in their lobby. I appreciated their courteous staff, and the process was really easy.

The experience was great. When i called in and explained my situation and I just wanted someone to put a new tire on my rim to see if it would hold air b/c the other place dind't do that just told me i had to buy a new one. They said sure to bring it in and they would try it out. After about an hour or so they called me back and let me know it worked just fine and i could pick my car up. I was so excited that i didn't have to buy a new wheel for $900. They are very friendly and nice at All Star Tire. I will be using them again for my next car needs.

These guys are very helpful, and the downtown shuttle is a huge bonus, even though their location is already very convenient for me.

They are very good, and very honest. They have rescued us a few times when we have had tire issues. I think they are very fair in their pricing and seemingly very competent. I buy all tires from them.

I bought their Dig Deal coupon. I liked that they had a coupon and I have used them many times before. They seemed very honest and knowledgeable. They are very convenient for people in downtown Indianapolis.

This was such a great experience! I had previously purchased tires from All Star a few months ago so I returned this time for an oil change and just to make sure that was why my maintenance light was on. I have a high mileage vehicle so I inquired about the price difference for the high mileage oil change. Amanda said they would check it out and let me know if I needed it. When I went to pick my car up I was unsure as to what the cost would be but it ended up that my car was fine without the more expensive oil and the coupon I purchased off Angie?s List covered the cost. Not only that but the maintenance light was on only because of my oil needing to be changed and nothing was wrong with my car. They also cleaned all of the buildup off of my window from the other oil change stickers which was GREAT!! Previously I had taken my car to the Acura dealership previously but I feel that this company is much more trustworthy and thorough which I appreciate!

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for a oil change & tire rotation for $22. Not only was this a great value, but they also dropped me off at work (about 1.8 miles away) and picked up up after lunch! The staff of this family-owned establishment was super friendly and I will not hesitate to give them a call for my next oil change or any auto service needs. Overall, great experience.

The entire experience went very well. I gave them very short notice on getting this done and they were able to accommodate everything I needed time wise. This company provides a shuttle service to those that work downtown, so I was able to drop my car off during my lunch break and they brought me back to work. They showed up exactly when I told them to so I could pick my vehicle up and return to work. I really appreciate them being able to work on such a short timeline and provide such a valuable service such as the downtown shuttle. I was very impressed with all aspects of their service.

Overall it went well. It started off pretty rough, though. When I was first contacted with the quote on the brake service about an hour after dropping my car off, I was shocked when I was told my quote was $2,250.55. My vehicle wouldn't even be worth over $3,000 if I traded it in for something new. The lady spoke quickly when listing the different things that needed to be fixed on it. After thinking about the issues, I called back to ask another question. This time a man named Dave answered. He was MORE than helpful. He walked me through each of the things they had quoted me on and whether I TRULY needed them or not. In the end I just had them do the brake work. They replaced the routers and pads on all four tires. I'm very happy with the service and now I know to speak with Dave the next time I'm quoted for work.

Great! I realized I had a nearly flat tire on the way to work, but I managed to get the car to All Star before it was completely flat, and they took care of it same day for a price comparable to what I would've paid my usual well-priced tire shop - even though I was there for an emergency. They also inspected the car to detect and fix another slow leak in one of my tires. They called me w a report on the inspection and estimate - friendly and helpful! Even though the situation was stressful, the staff at All Star took great care of the problem. They even gave me a ride to the office and followed up w a call just to check in a few weeks later!

These guys are very professional. I told them what I wanted and what I could spend and they delivered. No joke, they are top notch. I'll use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Purchased an offer for an oil change. Called on my way to work the next morning to schedule it. They provided a shuddle to my office so that I didn't have to wait. It went as expected.

I work downtown but do not live downtown, so whenever I've had a tire emergency, All Star fits me in & is so helpful! They work quickly, are honest people, and only charge me when necessary. They always call when my car is ready and work out a way for me to pick it up even if it is after they are closed.
