All Star Tire & Auto Service

I purchased their oil change and tire rotation deal on Angie's List. I called their office the same day and they were able to fit me in. I work very close to their location, so it was easy for me to get there on my lunch hour. When I got there they got me in and out quickly. They even offered to drive me back to my office....and pick me back up when my car was done! The car was ready by the end of the day. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who lives or works downtown. Thanks All Star!

The staff was friendly as ususal and they offered me a ride to work- it was a nice day so I opted to walk. The car was ready when promised and all work was completed. They also said everything else looked fine under the hood!

My phone conversation with the lady that handles incoming calls did not go as smooth as I hoped, it was hard pinning down a time to bring the car in, and getting an estimated time that they would be able to complete the evaluation, she also seemed to be hesitant in providing the boundary of the complimentary shuttle service. Once we got past the initial awkward encounter and I was dealing with Dave everything went outstanding, he was very easy to talk to, he gave me the impression he truly cared that my needs were being taken care of; he had my car looked at right away and called and provided me with honest feedback on what work was needed to get the AC in the vehicle operational. I would not hesitate using them again ( this is due to the service provided by Dave).

I took my car in the morning, and they called as soon as they were done. They are always very prompt. I have used them for many car issues in the past.

Dropped the car off and picked it up when they said it was ready. All treat me very professional.

It was great. I dropped my car off, and about an hour or so later I got call that it was ready. They also plugged a tire that had picked up two nails. I was impressed that they plugged the tire instead of trying to get me to buy new tires that day, since my tires are do need to be replaced soon. They also gave me a free quote on a set tires and all charged involved that was very competitive compared to other tire shops I'd been to. Highly recommended.

I need an oil change and tire rotation on my car. I dropped off the car mid-morning and it was completed in the early afternoon. They were very pleasant. I have since used them to change the oil on my wife's van. Other people have used them for car repairs and have been satisfied. I will use them for other maintenance.

I bought a Coupon Code from Angie's List on 8/15. They were able to squeeze me in the next day. They were very friendly and tested a tire that I had been watching for a while. It was very reassuring, because this truck is new to me. My vehicle uses a different type of oil than the coupon specified so there was an additional charge. It was still very reasonable. I will be going back again. I also learned that my wife had used them to service her vehicles in the past and has been very satisfied with results.

The job was done well and within the agreed upon time. I dropped my car off in the morning, they provided a ride to and from work.

Went great, ran in and in under an hour was ready to go.

After having my car for 2 days and running a $100 diagnostic test, they determined I needed a car repair that I was told would cost $2,000. I found another place to do it for $700, so I told them I would just pick my car up. Since they already had my car though, I decided to have them do an oil change and tire rotation that Angie's list promotes for $22. After getting my car repaired at the other place, I took it to a friend's shop to have him do some maintenance and he asked me who did my oil change because they did not even change the plug which caused oil to leak all over the underside of my car. This is a $0.50 piece. I really thought All Star was going to be a good place to take my car since it got such a good grade but I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!

It went fine. They even helped to try and find a slow leak in one of my tires. They did not find it but I wasnt there for that reason. That was just a bonus so they deserve an A for the oil change service.

This company is always great. They offer a deal on oil changes and I've purchased it a few times. They drive me to work (downtown) and pick me up once my car is done.

They were great, super friendly didn't try to up sell me on 15 other items. Several days after my service I received a letter thanking me for choosing them along with a discount card for futrue services. Now that's how you do it!

Called on last Thursday in June and asked about $22 oil change special and alignment cost. Was told Angies List members get $22 synthetic blend oil change and my alignment would be 87.50 with $10 off as a member. So, I was looking at around $105 with tax total. Was called during the oil change and alignment about tires needing replaced, which was odd since I didnt talk about tires and also I had just put 2 new ones on the back a month or so ago. I knew the fronts needed changed. Arrived to pay and total was $137.50. I was on a call at the time and not paying attention. A few minutes later I was eating lunch and looking over the bill and the alignment issues page. And then realized I was over charged. Called back in and was give a $10 credit for my troubles and a total refund of $17.50. I still didnt feel that was right, after another day I called back in and Pat then told me that I had to purchase the 22 oil change through their store front. This wasnt explained to me by Amanda up front. And that when checking out I had to remind them I was with Angies List. Eventhough they took me to work at Angies List picked me up to go back at Angies List and we talked on the ride to and from about Angies List. I tried to explain the math but to no avail. I wont be back ever and am highly disappointed at the way I was treated and over charged. 87.50 Alignment Cost Angies List Alignment cost 77.50 44.95 Oil Change Angies List Oil Change 22.00 Total 132.45 plus tax 137.50 total 99.50 plus tax minus 17.50 refund MY total 120.00 MY TOTAL should have been 105.00 approx So, since I am still over charged $15.00 and tried my hardest to get this resolved but was brushed off about it. I cannot recommend them for anyone

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They came to pick me up when I needed. I had the coupon and I didn't give it to them initially. They recognized that they didn't rotate the tires so they put the car back up and looked at the tires. I wouldn't have known so I appreciated their honesty. It was a good price. They were very professional and courteous.

Everything went well. Their shuttle dropped me off at work and picked me up from work. The price seemed a bit high to replace the belt, but they were able to explain why it was necessary to replace the belt.

I was satisfied with the work, they did a job good.

They did a job and took care of it the same day. A little on the pricier side but I would rather pay more for a good job than get it fixed cheap and run into problems again later. I would recommend.
